Great review, no funky music, unnecessary talk, just good real world info. THANK YOU

Thanks for the review, I’m heavily invested in the flexvolt lineup and now I have no problem pulling the trigger on adding this to that.

Great review. Clean and honest and I like the fact that you started from scratch...unboxing to actual hardcore usage of the equipment.

Hey, thanks so much for taking the time to do this video (I also watched the one you did on the DeWalt 2x20v lawn mower too). It was really helpful and pleased to see how well it did. Do you know if you can also get a brush cutter attachment (for sitting scrub / thicker material than grass) like you often can get for petrol/gas powered cutters?
I have both on my Ryobi gas powered one and a hedge trimmer attachment, but the machine is now about on it’s last legs and was thinking of replacing it and maybe having the option to use the Flexvolt batteries for this and their electric chainsaw too.

Jay P we have gotten a lot of water and the ditches were 2ft high maybe higher it took me 2- 9.0ah batteries to do 180ft of frontage . I love the thing I don’t have to worry about gas or starting it all the time .

IMR Awesome! My 2 cycle weed eater is getting a bit old now and seeing how well this one works I’m ready to stop smelling gas when I trim the yard.

I will use on a 1/2 acre of weeds. We have a DR Trimmer, reg gas trimmer, corded trimmer, smaller cordless. I think this will be great for ease of use and have power. I'll cut till the battery dies, recharge and hit it again the next afternoon probably. Don't need to do everything at once. Battery still ticking? Thanks.

so far zero issues. I even took it in the bush that was 3ft high and it did very well. Im really impressed with the unit and how it does not clog up. My troy built 4 stroke i had to carry a knife around cause it would clog up. one thing is i want to add a harness for this as its not supper heavy but harness would help

James Ray well this summer I only had to cut my grass 3 times ! It works good , my niece is 6 and she used it to cut the grass and had no issues with it ! I use it for my ditches and it does the job on 12” plus grass .

I was using corded trimmers but could only go so far, also they tired my fingers quickly from the trigger. I bought this last summer so I could help my husband who has a heart defibulator, knowing I needed to step up and do serious weed eating now to help.. I bought a extra 9.0 flex volt battery, also a clip on padded shoulder strap, that is a must. Which makes it very light weight and balanced perfectly for hours of working. I'm 4"10 and I am enjoying this so much, last Sunday I put my Dewalt in the back of my prius, took it to church, afterwards when everyone left, I put on my face protection shield then cut the neglected tall over grown lawn and surrounding high tough weeds. They came back to a ready for Easter yard. Hopefully they didn't plan a Easter egg hunt, Woops! No tall grass. Oh well, They don't know who did this, their thinking its a man. They'll never guess it was me. Love my Dewalt

That is a LOT to be cutting with a weed whacker (along the road). Weekly, that would really suck.
    Better you than me! 😏

I bought a dewalt 18v and after 2 uses of 40min the engine overheated.
I contacted the dewalt sav on the official website and received no response.
a shame for a brand like this.
I regret having bought this brand.
stihl make more powerful models for 100 euros more.
I will never buy this brand again.
    i'm french 😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆
