- This is a review on my wrangler flex waist cargo pants. These to me are the best alternative to buying MTB pants. They are durable and breath well. And I'm rocking my Biking with BoBo shirt 🤟🤟🤟🤟 #startsmallgohuge

i'm gonna have to try out some of them pantalones! lol, good for karate and i trust a guy in such a stylish t-shirt 🤘
Yeeeeeeaaahhh buddy its all about the dead saler.
$13 Denali performance pants at Sam’s Club. 96% nylon, 4%spandex. I was all set to spend $100 for MTB long pants, then I tried these pants on a ride, they were in one of my jeans piles. OMG, they are wind resistant, fit my pads if needed, plenty comfortable and so far no damage. I was so impressed that I have invested a hole $27 and got 2 more pairs!! As far as I concerned I’ll stop looking for a fancy logo and a big ticket pair or MTB pants and use the money not spent for new tires! Also rain resistant. Final word….wife says they fit great.
Bro that sounds like a great option at a better price. I wish I had a Sams club near me but it shut down. Its all about saving money to spend it on the bike instead lol. And if the wife likes them its a win win🤙
@@RydenDirty I bought online, but I am a member. Wrangler sounds similar, same idea buy cheap, destroy pants, who cares, buy again😎😎
Watched your video, yelled to my wife I would be back, ran to Walmart, and picked up a pair. Definitely will be getting more of these. Great find. Thanks!
Nice bro 🤟🤟🤟 they are a steal
I'm a believer, went for my first ride in these, usually wear shorts with knee pads for warmth/protection, but these are a better winter option! Was low 40s when I started and mid 70s finished, zero complaints and issues. Tempted to get another pair, but I'll wait until these are ruined.
Nice man 🤟🤟 I just ordered the shorts and im going to review them as well. Hoping they are just as good 👍
I agree I have been wearing the wranglers for about 2 years.
Hell ya that’s dope
Dude thanks for suggestion on these pants, they are awesome, bought a pair for my son and i,the pockets are great, the fabric is perfect, super comfy,,durability yet to be determined but i think they will hold up to some abuse,,,only 25$if they rip,ill probably get. Another pair anyway!!!
Awesome man. Mine are still recovering rocking after a few years🤘🤘. Totally worth the price.
Thanks for the tip! I bought 3 pairs at walmart for $21 each. They also had ones with 90% cotton 10% spandex I'll try. May wear some wrist sweat bands at the cuffs to keep off the drivetrain.
Awesome glad I could help👍😁
Wow great video! Thanks! I've only been riding with the spandex type pants but wanted to find some more "normal" looking pants but would also be flexible and not get caught in the chain etc. Cheapest I've been seeing on Amazon are like $50-$60 and they just didn't look super impressive for that amount. These look great and for half the cost!
Thanks again!
Glad it was helpful! they really are some dope pants!!
Great review bro! I’m definitely gonna get a pair of these pants. 💯🤙🏻
Thanks Broskie!!!!!! Get them you'll love them🤟🤟🤟🤟🤟
Hit the nail on the head. I used to spend a lot of money on work pants (construction). I’d be so worried about messing them up and so disappointed to tear a hole in them after getting snagged on a wire or something within a week or two of getting them. So I started looking for cheaper alternatives that I found to be just as durable and at a fraction of the cost. Those Walmart wranglers are great for that purpose. When I started looking for MTB clothes I took the same approach. Though a little pricier, I’ve found that Target is a great place for moisture wicking shirts and active pants. They also carry the wrangler stuff. My favs though are what I guess are target brand joggers with zippered pockets. About 35 bucks. Target brand stuff seems a little higher quality than Walmart brand. And won’t break the bank.
Sick dude Thanks for the tip. I need to go check out target now. 🤘
Great idea!!! I couldn't find the same model in-stock near me for this weekend's ride so I grabbed a pair of Wrangler Men's ATG Synthetic Relaxed Regular Fit Side Zip 5-Pocket Pants (Model NT645). They worked great though they could use a belt but I made do with a wide drawstring I had from some other pants.. They worked great over my Leatt Airflex Pro knee pads, the articulated knee keeps them in place. The Leatts don't move much anyways but the pants held them perfectly. It was under 70 degrees for the almost 14 mile ride at Palos outside of Chicago. I was worried it would be a little warm but it was perfect. So glad I didn't buy expensive MTB pants just because I could, the Wrangles only cost $26.99 at target. The right cuff never got caught in the front chainring and there is only light grime on them. I was going to add a bungie drawstring to the cuff but I see Wrangler has a MEN'S CONVERTIBLE TRAIL JOGGER (Model NS715) that has a built in belt and already has bungies for the cuff. Ill try those next.
Awesome dude. Sounds like you definitely gave these a good test. I'm still rocking them 👍
bro thanks for the advice. just went out to buy some and wow super comfortable. never in a million years would have thought to buy these. I just bought a mountain bike (I'm a roadie) and you just saved me a ton of money. very difficult to find stuff in larger sizes but these go all the way to 50 ( im a 42-44), and for being a bigger guy these fit phenomenal. you just gained a sub
Hells Ya Man!!! Glad I could help. Thats awesome that you're getting into mountain biking. Get Ready for some adrenaline rushes coming your way🤟
Nice! I bought like 4 pairs of the short version of these years ago and have been wearing them mountain biking several times. They are great. I'll have to try the pants.
Nice dude. I have the shorts too and I love them
glad saw your chanel. Will definitely buy those pants. And we have same brand of bike. Im using Spectral 125
Awesome man. They are some awesome pants for sure 🤘🤘I do also love some canyon bikes too
i was looking for shorts and accidentally clicked this. but i used to wear $60 northface/columbia pants. found these puppies at walmart for work.... i absolutely love them a year later. pretty sure they are at target too
Awesome glad I could help. I didnt realize they were at target too. I'll have to go there for a new pair. I'm using the shorts too. They are awesome. I'm going to do a review soon
Great video. They are definitely a good choice for durability and comfort. I have been wearing my work pants this winter. They aren’t stretchy but they can take a lot of abuse. I can even wear them when it is about -10 celsius with a light base layer underneath. I will check out the wranglers. Thanks.
Nice. I dont think I would survive that cold lol
Thanks, I have been looking for something like this. Just ordered some.
Glad I could help, also get them while you can
Dope intro

Thanks mang🤟 glad I could help.
I bought a number of pairs at Target to work in Alaska and trail run in. Best pants ever.
Nice I’m going to have to try those out
@@RydenDirty They are the Wrangler ATG trail runner version. The integrated belt in front sucks so I cut it off and use my own belt (they have loops). Very stretchy, goes over the slimmer pads, gusseted, and 27$.
The Wrangler website has an updated version of them on their website with air holes behind the knees and a tad bit roomier.
Also the ATG button up is nice to ride in the summer heat. Goes over most armor well and has stretch gusseting under the pits/arms.
@@catdaddy666 sick thanks man🤘
I use this pants for riding and for work . I’m an arborist and this pants are awesome specially having the cargo pockets 🤙
Couldn't agree more!
So with how much I walk at work Inside my ankles and knees get worn really quick. Wrangler's new fabric are sweet for movement.
Do it Brochacho
Saw you from Tkolbo and glad I checked on your channel. Awesome review and deadly karate kicks. :)
YYYYEEEAAA Thanks brochacho. Glad you liked them lol. Travis is my Dawg🤘
Awesome recommendation. Gonna give these a try. Thanks for making this video
My pleasure 😊
Omg. You just made me save a bunch of money. Thank's a lot dude
No problem bro 🤙
Freakin-A. Just grabbed some of these as soon as I saw this. Was looking at “cheap” $100 riding pants. These will more than suffice!
Nice dude. Ya these things have been going strong for me for about 2 years now
I got a pair of Kühl for like $30. I think they're for hiking or something but they're awesome. Stretchy and water/rip resistant. They sort of look business casual though haha but my main riding pants.
Never heard of those definitely going to check those out
I second the Kühl’s... super comfortable ... and yeah you can get away wearing those to the office as well lol
Like saving money. Can you tell me how they do in the washer? Do they shrink or stretch ? Thanks ! keep the videos coming
They are fine after a wash and dry. They shrink slightly like and other pants that you wash and dry. But since they are stretchy they go right back to normal.
Just bought a pair today these are amazing thank for the info
Glad I could help. They make shorts too im about to do another video on those 👍
Best music ever to get on the bowl.
🤘
I have a pair of Wrangler shorts I ride in. Stretchy, long, zip pockets, super comfy but look decent.
Sweet I need to check those out
I use the wrangler flex shorts to ride in. I’ll check out the pants for cold weather riding.
Right on i use those too
Those look awesome! Very informative video
You need some 👍
Ryden Dirty for sure!!
Ride with these same pants. Purchased mine at my local Walmart. Highly recommend
Nice 🤟 🤟🤟 they are pretty awesome.
great review!
Thanks dude
Really appreciate this!!
No problem bro
3:07 does this guy have a bugle on his bike? ah! It is the background music
hahahah good times 🤪
@@RydenDirty 😎👊🏼
I'm going to buy a pair!! Great tip!!
Awesome dude
Awesome dude
I appreciate it. I'm broke af and this helps me a lot.
No problem 👊🏼
I have no idea the brand of my pants. But they were $50. They have insertable knee pads and came with a hard ones and more squishy foam ones. I’ve gone OTB in countless rock gardens and washed out of more berms than I am remember, and they haven’t ripped. I wish I knew the brand so y’all could get em. LMK if u have the same ones and know the brand.
Those sound badass 👍 I need to know what they are now
Ryden Dirty
I wish I knew, I went thru my amazon history but didn’t find them. But I’m definitely going to pick up the wranglers for lighter riding. I forgot to mention the only downside of the pants, they are like 25% cotton. So I get super sweaty during summer rides.
@@simonsaldana9024 sweaty no Bueno 🤣👍
For a little bit more (closer to $80) the kuhl renegade rock pants are a happy medium but they might be too slim for thicker pads to be under the pant
Sweet thanks for the tip🤟
Buen video compañero!!
Eric what great wee video...122subs, should be 122k subs....keep up the rad af work, here’s a Scottish sub for ya ;))
WOOOOOOOOO!!!! Thanks for the Support and my next sub!! Much appreciated. Love Doing this youtube thing and showing the world my adventures. But seriously Thank you 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
The only issue with these cheap pants is they don't come with padding which one of the main things you want to save your butt.
Honestly I’ve never used the butt pads so I wouldn’t know
Jeans with stretching denim rule!
Check out the new gt rider “the denim destroyer” super fast Italian privateer Dh racer!

I honestly don't understand why they're so expensive? Even when they're on sale it hurts my soul.
Agreed my friend
I’m looking at getting better at mtbing. So here I am
Glad I watched this video your right. I wanted the fox pants to look good. But I couldn’t spend that amount of money on them.
Ya its good to find budget items
How are they holding up? Also, how well do they breathe. Do they get to hot for summer rides? Thanks.
Still holding up great. They breath well. But during summer with pads they can get a little warm
I like wearing stretchy pants or loose fitting when i ride. I got a Nice pair of Oneal pants but they are kind of hot to wear. those karate kicks lol
Thats whats up
Can't wait to buy some for the fall in Colorado and keep on riding, thanks!!
Nice 🤟
They are good but just not for me, I personally don’t like the look of them, they just look like hiking pants rather than mtb pants.
Sure the fox ones cost a lot but they look waaaaayyy better and they are more comfy. Although great video!
I had a pair of fox ones and for me they weren't comfortable for me. Probably cause they don't have length sizes. Just a one size fits all.
Ok, yeah I noticed they are a little short for the waist size. Although I can’t wait to get mine
Check out Boscovs as well.
Will do buddy
@@RydenDirty forgot about Costco…they often have athletic sweats for both winter and summer with zipper pocket. Perfect for biking. Prices are pretty darn good as well.
Fit True to size? That's awesome thanks for sharing bro!
Youre welcome broshacho 🤟🤟Slightly longer I would say, but I would buy your size
@@RydenDirty nice thanks 🤙
@@RydenDirty dude thanks man I own three colors now but I like them so much I want to upgrade because the bottom underneath (saddle area) looks like they'll wear out eventually...have you considered a better alternative to this? Thanks again
@@Klips005 I haven found a better option but an equally good option. Check out my newer pants video
@@RydenDirty cool will do! I might grab either poc or tld enduro/dh shorts
Just bought 2 pairs, thanks.
Awesome congrats 🤟🤟
yeah! 🤘
🤘👊
so... I hate the fucking cold, sonthinking of buying some pants to ride in. thing is when it's cold here in northern cali, it's usually muddy amd wet too. when you get done riding you look like you shit the bed. how do these clean up? Is it going to be like a perma shit after one ride?
damn these are all out of all the stores near me, are there any alternative pants you can recommend?
Here are the other ones I wear. Hopefully they are in stock
ua-cam.com/video/AblvXydcgRk/v-deo.html
Fly racing kinetic noiz pants they are on sale for 40$ on jenson usa!
Nice thanks for the tip. Im going to check them out👍
@@RydenDirty yeew 🤟🏽 did you see them? I ordered a pair 5 days ago since I’m from Costa Rica I’m hoping to have them maybe on Monday looks nice
Good to know I ride in street clothes to
I'm about to do a review on the shorts but its too cold to wear them. Lol
Bad luck. Seems not available in Poland.
damn what a bummer. You can get them on amazon too
@@RydenDirty Right, but the price is 54.99$ + $28.27 for shipping & import fees. Ridiculous :-)
Anyway thanks for response and your time to share the review. I will look around in local stores for such "cargo" pants, but probably end up with Endura SingleTrack II. Overpriced, but still cheaper than other MTB brands.
@@proteusnexus1428 what a shame sorry to hear that my friend. Let me know what you end up getting 👍
Znalazłeś coś fajnego?
Man, looking for the pants and can’t find them in my length. Are they true to length?
I would say yes. Maybe a tiny bit longer but more true length
How snug are the cuffs? My chain guide likes to snag pants.
So far I haven't had a problem. other than grease from the chain on them.
I just want to find a good pair of biking pants with a 30" waist & 36" inseam.
they may have that size but im not sure
@@RydenDirty
They dont... the longest inseam they have in a 30 waist is 32.
The longest inseam I could find, when it comes to anything in athletic wear is 34.
Been wearing them for about 2 yrs myself.
Nice 👍 definitely worth the price im assuming
Are they water resistant? And are they good for the winter ❄️?
I would say they are water repellent but not water Proof. When you say winter, how cold are we talking? I wear them in about 30 degrees and im fine.
When I say winter I mean like about 20-30 degrees
New sub here
@@ThatAverageMTBer welcome to the party 🤟🤟
@@ThatAverageMTBer should be fine then 👍
What about a chamois/padding? Not using it?
No i have never used them, how are they?
are they sweat resistant/quick dry/breathable etc.?
They dry really fast. With pads on, your knees can get a little warm. But without pads they are very comfortable pedaling
Have you had any luck with shorts or do you always ride with pants?
I like shorts too but I like the fact that when i wear pants my legs are a little more protected. But during summer I wear shorts. There are some good budget shorts too
Ryden Dirty sounds like another good video opportunity.. lots of people need mtb gear reviews that can not afford MTB prices.
I swear, putting MTB on the tag means you can jack the price up 400% its wild
@@ultrarunner0476 so true. My etnies crank shoes are over 100 dollars just cause they are mtb shoes
how are they in a bit of mud rain...opps i see desert in this vid!
I would know about mud or rain yet but water tends to bead off👍
Thanks for the advice on the pants! The whole satan thing has to go though bro
No problem my friend. And I agree lol
Any thoughts on these in cooler days, 35-40 degrees with sun out?
I use them and they are great
Is it available worldwide?
To be honest I'm not sure🤔
@@RydenDirty thanks, have to search for myself....
Wrangler should pay you lmao, everyone I know bought a pair after this video
Nice lol. That would be dope if they sponsored me lol
so what could people who are in europe do ??
Im not sure to be honest but ill keep my eye out for something for sure👍
@@RydenDirty thanks so much dude

@@RydenDirty but those atg pants are the shit I bought them for work and then rode in them one day and they were great, my new favorite pants.
@@dabbking I wear them for work too lol. So comfy
@@RydenDirty yeah definitely I do construction they work great so far idk how durable they will be because I just got them like a month ago but so far they are good.
Wow please never do those karate kicks anymore. Those kicks looked horrible :)
