- Kiyoshi is not only lead singer and bass player of the Japanese rock bands Madcap Laughs and Inside Me, she also rocks the stage as live bass player for Marty Friedman's (former Megadeth member) solo project. In 2016 she appeared in the movie Too Young To Die and released her first solo album called "Kiyoshi" on which she played all instruments except of the drum part and also sang as well.

She plays in Marty Friedman's band, a guy who can pick and choose from the best of the best. That says all anyone needs to know. Kiyoshi can play.
I just saw her with Marty in KC two nights ago and she was amazing. Her energy and skill were a constant presence on the stage. Friedman definitely has an eye for talent. This whole line-up is pretty great, I hope to see them all again soon.
