How much is difference of stiffness between magride on/off? I don't really feel no difference it's like 10% or just placebo that's very minor.. that's why i'm asking as I don't have no error. thanks

If you don't feel a difference more than likely your shocks had failed, there is a notable change in stiffness as seen in this video.

I'm a bit confused, so the rear shocks are faulty then? With the test mode off was the bounce as expected and with the test mode off was the result (hardly any movement) what you'd expect to see? Just a bit confused what to expect to see with test mode on and off. Ta

With the test mode off the bounce was excessive. Rebound should stop within 2 oscallitions. With it energisied it operated correctly, however due to the oil leak from worn seals, when the suspension is under high G force it was not able to support the the car properly.

Im having noises from my front drivers side it clunks and knocks inside the cabin when driving under 10mph it’s mostly noticeable and when dry steering it does a clicky noises, when doing the bounce test from the front with the bonnet open you can audibly hear it make a crunch/creak noise although the car isn’t compressing the shock or doesn’t appear to anyways, any help? Thanks

Same here! None of the garages can find the problem. It drives me crazy

Again, same here. In my basic tests: if I turn steering full left full right, then re centre seems to help the slow speed "knock". To describe the problem further, it's as if there's something loose in the suspension. Garage can't locate it, it but suggest that it's steering rack related.

Oh man I'm glad there are other people who experienced this too. I too have this problem and no garages so far can find the issue. Exactly the same when steer at very low speed it will have that clunk and knocks noise. I really thought its like either absorber mount or absorber itself or some kind with suspension related. Because going on a straight line has no such noises.

Buonasera . Grazie

Have you done this test in conjunction with VCDS, and recorded or observed the data in Address 14-Suspension Elect. Measurement Blocks...?

No, avoided coding it out and opted for a mag ride delete kit.

Wow its an absolute brick with mag ride on, is it possible to refurbrish mag ride suspension?

There are a few companies in Europe and Poland that can do this. Alternatively Arnott have Aftermarket replacement shocks.

Coilovers will last significantly longer. Check out my other video where I install adjustable Suspension for this exact reason
