Under the Constitution of the United States all power is vested in the people. There is no mention of (dubiously) elected officials being anything but conduits of the will of the people. There is no reference to the economically lucrative will of corporations or alliedforiegn powers. Sovereignty therefore must always encompass the will of the people not the paternalistic attitude's of these reprobate officials. Membership in the UN entails a responsibility to uphold and adhere in all things the charter, purpose, and rulings of the UN. If sovereigntu conflicts with these UN dictates membership is being nullified . An agreement implies an oath; a nation that eill not fullfill its agreements is ROGUE.

I don’t understand why we fund the WHO, UN, NGOs, and other world organizations AND send our tax dollars to other countries in a variety of other ways, such as grants and direct transfer of our wealth from HHS and other Fed agencies. If we fund those other orgs then absolutely NO additional funds should be sent to foreign nations or entities within those foreign nations. NO EXPANSION OF ANY GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY.
