Great presentation and visual aids! I just purchased TSC and only have 4 hours on it. I followed your instructions according to video and transcript (nice touch). The RD works ok with some engines and only partially with electrics, but then again I’m new to this. The wiper speed and light switches are pretty wonky. I do recalibrate quite often for this reason, to no avail. Here is what I need clarification with; do I click the Launch RD 64 then TSC icons prior each TSC session and/or comp power up? And do I delete/reinstall with any TSC updates? Are TSC updates automatic or manual, in other words is there indication of the update? Lastly, are purchased add-on routes or engines considered an update in this regard?

Always launch the Raildriver 64 software before TSC. If TSC crashes (get used to it) you shouldn't need to launch again. TSC updates (core and DLC) are automatic if you've selected that in the Steam store. 3rd party content bought from their websites doesn't usually self update. Most locomotives will support Raildriver. What switches and levers do what is a bit variable up to the whim of the maker. Advanced "pro" content ironically is often worse with RD because they've got complex scripting making brake lever notches. A lot of this content has a Raildriver mode which kills the notching on the lever to make it work better. If you like at my dlc first look videos I usually talk about Raildriver and what's working.

Haven't had an issue with the raildriver since the update, I would of suggested running the calibration program first. All else fails than uninstall and reinstall.

For me raildriver.dll went away during the update. It could be my interesting setup with two versions of the game running side by side

Do you have the 64 bit Raildriver software for ts2019 from the PI Engineering website? raildriver.com/support/TrainSimulator.php
