    I am a big fan of consistency but I completely understand your reasoning here. I use similar workouts for 3-4 weeks as I want to show my clients that they have got stronger in the same exercises. It gives them a little psychological boost as they realise they couldn't do something the week before but now they can. Is this still okay?
