...(if need and if possible I can give the exact link) part of their service they have what they call "Interlinear", and you can see variety of Greek texts as well as translations of a verse, one of them that I found interesting is called "Textus Receptus New Testament"... Variants
that "Textus Receptus New Testament Variants" shows in a quite easy way the variations between the Textus Receptus, the Alexandrian Text and the Majority Text - my question is, do you know that TR NT V - is that available in print?
Dwayne a suggestion - do a video comparing the methodology and philosophy of the Byzantine Priority text (Maurice Robinson) and the Majority Text (Wilbur Pickering). I understand there are many similarities, but are there any differences of approach that are noteworthy?

@@Dwayne_Green I have given this some more thought. I have found both the confessional text approach, and the critical text approach wanting, hence the Byzantine Priority text approach seems a good balance. I loved Matthew Everhard's approach a few weeks ago. Perhaps you could get Everhard, as well as Wilbur Pickering and Maurice Robinson to discuss Dr Everhard's video. I think there are a growing number of people who see the weakness of other textual approaches; as Dr Everhard points out, the Byzantine text approach seems a sensible balance. It does come in a hardcover for about $53 on Amazon. Not sure if it is smyth sewn or not.

what about the *variants*, Differences.. that's a useful feature right? ..wish you had said something more about that in the vid. - there's no manuscript info I think.
What are your thoughts though...are the differences and variants at least moderately comprehensive ?

There are variants listed in a small apparatus, between this, the TR, and the NA text. I think what's provided is fairly comprehensive, so you'll get a good picture of where it differs with the others.
Pastor do you know any project that are working in a majority critical bible?

I think you would really like Robinson and Pierpoint Majority Text World English Bible. I reads alot like the NKJV. It also uses Yahweh in the OT when talking about God.
many people have suggested the WEB, its looking more and more like I'll actually have to look into it!

I stumbled across this trying to get a printed HF and pre-ordered it because that other text sells at about $200 in Australia and this one was just AU$58. The quality is not amazing and that along with the fact it's an interlinear makes it not very useful except to use as a back-up text, which is a shame. I hope that if they get enough interest they might do a non-interlinear Greek hard-cover edition.
As for the text, the copyright page says it's the Greek New Testament According to the Majority Text (2E, 1985), so I'm guessing it's that pretty much unchanged. From what I see it matches the version on Logos and PDF scans I've found online. It also seems that this edition is a new and possibly unchanged printing of an edition Thomas Nelson released in 2007. Though, I don't have a copy of the older one and can't compare them to see.

@@Dwayne_Green No problems at all. I spent a week myself looking through the Introduction and text and comparing it to the electronic copies I have until it occurred to me that it might tell me there.
I don't have this (paperback) interlinear edition, but I have the hardback edition (not Smythe-sewn) that was published in 1994. Regarding the Greek text in use, I'll note that the 1994 printing of this interlinear corrected several errors that were present in the 1985 Second Edition of "The Greek New Testament According to the Majority Text." For example, the 1985 Second Edition in Matthew 8:29 had the non-word "οοί" in the verse, but the 1994 interlinear (correctly) has "σοί." Hopefully all of these corrections are carried over into this new paperback printing.
@@jeffdodson1756 I checked my copy and that one is definitely fixed in this edition, so I guess it's the later edition. Interestingly, the Logos edition of HF has οοί in it (I've sent a correction in for it). I've found a lot of errors in the Logos edition of HF.
@@sgreum70 In an appendix to his "Text-Critical English New Testament," Adam Boyd notes 15 corrections to the Hodges/Farstad 2E, 1985 Greek edition. I won't list them all here, but I believe you can find a PDF of it online (for free) if you are curious and want to view that appendix.
That should have been a Smyth sewn hardcover 🤦
