I keep my milk and cream on the 2nd shelf towards the back to keep it colder and it keeps longer. Never use the doors for milk. The temperature never regulates from opening and closing. Plus most doors can't hold a gallon of milk.
I know this one! Once a week (yes, seriously) make certain that your newest food is getting pushed to the back, with oldest in the back. Got new groceries? Put fridge items in cooler! Put away everything that can wait towards the back. Say you bought new yogurt. Put it in back, then put what you still have in front of them! Newer, unopened containers that you don't yet need, same thing. HTH!

you don't have to place everything in the fridge.. if the supermarket place it in a cooler, you put it in the fridge.

I was taught that leftovers should go on top shelf; it stays cooler!
