This method is adequate for the current generation of sensitive Covid test kits. Nasopharyngeal swabs are no longer necessary, and it certainly should not be done without a healthcare professional. Self testing should only be done in the nasal cavity like this video suggests.
My test kit came only with instructions in Spanish so I went on line and followed the instructions there. the test was negative. My kit was very different than the one on UA-cam but I think I did it right.
This is completely incorrect method. Why are you showing this? Swabs are supposed to go into the Nasopharyngeal area and that was just up the nose and will get nothing
