4 X 180g shoulder chops
1 onion
1 carrot
3 garlic cloves
50g Flour - seasoned
1 tsp tomato paste
10 black olives
2 tsp Capers
100g dried Figs
700ml Demi glaze
100ml Red wine
1 sprig rosemary
You forgot to say what temperature you had the oven on and what was the second liquid that you added? I couldn't use this recipe. Not enough information.
Ah no worries the second liquid would be the Demi glacé and temp about 170 degrees Celsius .
