    Tree asan walk 6 times
    Side tilt with one hand up, other down - 15 each side
    Side tilt with cross finger - 15 each
    Hanger posture back round - 15 each
    Bend , touch leg 15 each
    Spinal warm up 4-5 time
    Cycle 15 clock 15 anti clock head up
    Cycle 10 clock 10 anti clock both leg together head up
    Bend knees to chest for few breath
    Bend knees and touch elbow few min
    Bend knees, touch left elbow with right bended knees- 15 each
    Close leg, both knees touch together, move both side 10 time each head static
    Leg at 45°straight both together, hand in crunch potision, look at thumb for few seconds 10 sec repeat 5 times

    good evening sir.. mai aapke sath apna experience share karna chahti hu.. mai pcod patient thee mere hormons imbalance they periods kabhi time par nahi aate they mera weight 80kg ho gya thaa
    fir mujhe meri ak dost ne sidhi yoga suggest kiya jis se maine aapki 30 days series se start kiya or fir 10 days weightloss series ko kiya 2 month regular yoga kar k maine apna 12 kg weightloss kiya or pcod bhee gayab ho gya or 7 saal baad mujhe fir se maa ban ne ka sobhagy prapt hua..
    yeh sab aapki wajah se possible hua
    mere paas shabad nahi hai kii mai aapko kaise thankyou bolu

    Mai apki sari series kar rahi hu abhi १० kg loss wali bhi २३ days pahuch gayi hu
    Ab mai apne pet bilkul flat karna chahti hu pehle se bahut come ho gaya hai
    Is exercise ko mai ab daily krugi
    Series puri hone k baad
    Guru g maine notice kiya hai k meri arm par latki si ho gayi hai plz guru g aap arm bhi tone ho jaye uske liye apni video suggest kijiye
    Waise to aap apni series mai sari exercise krate hai bt jab apke sath krte hai to kar lete hai otherwise alas aata hai ......

      apka khan pan dainik dincharya Bhi apke motape ko kam karne mai help karta hai yadi ap helthy diet lete hai or roj yog abhyas kar rahe hai to jaldi hi apke sharir par iska prbhav dikhne lagta hai, or upper body par minor effect hota hai kyuki is video mai belly fat ke liye abhyas bataya gaya hai.

      Agar Abhi aapko sirf 7 months hua he to Abhi apni core muscles ko strong karne ke liye light exercise suru kijiye phir jab 12 months complete ho jaye uske baad hi fat loss ki exercise suru kare.

      Shuruaat mai aisa hona swabhavik hai .yadi aap nirantar karege to ek din pain kam hone lagega , yadi pain bahut jyada hai to ap ek do din aram kijiye or body mai oil massage kijiye .

      Bhujang asan me arms aur lower back par jyada prbhav padne ke karan aap shishu asan jisko baal asan kaha jata hai kar sakte hai. Lower back or arms ko relax dene k liye aap butter fly or badhakona asan bhi kar sakte hai yadi aap aram se kar payen.
