Jane Wild No! You are not too old for ballet! Today there are adult beginners everywhere. You just need to find a school that offer this Adult Beginner Ballet (Google it) and sign in!!!!
Jane Wild It’s absolutely not too late. I took ballet as a kid, then stopped for 25 years and am starting again at 38. The mother-in-law of the women in my class started taking ballet for the FIRST TIME at 40 and has been going for 15 years now. Adult Beginning Ballet is the perfect place to start. That’s what I’m in now and I am loving it!! Good luck finding something for you!

I love your videos! ❤️ I used your videos to help with turnout, but I am still struggling...my turnout is at 90 degrees and my hips just seem to get tighter and I can’t seem to use the correct muscles at the barre or in center! I absolutely LOVE ballet and have been doing it for 3 years (I started late I’m now almost 14). I am very flexible and have over splits and an extremely flexible back, but my hips aren’t flexible. I also take jazz, tap, Lyrical, and hip hop so maybe that impacts my turnout? Could you make a video on exercises to find the right muscles to open up my hips? Any tips? Anything is appreciated. Thanks❤️
Hello there! Don't worry turn out will improve, and no jazz won't impact on it. Keep working on your hips stretches, they will certaily reliese.
