We took this video to show you how to remove and replace the radiator on Audi A4 B6 generation. You will need to remove the bumper and the condenser first. You can find the video on our channel. It is the same for:
2002 Audi A4,
2003 AUDI A4
2004 AUDI A4
2005 AUDI A4
2006 AUDI A4
It is the same procedure for automatic and manual, the only difference is that the manual does not have the cooler lines on the right side.

Can you please show how you added the transmission oil
Nice video. I'm having a hard time getting the top transmission pressure fitting on. The o ring wont go back into the hole. Its like something is blocking it. I didn't replace my radiator i have to take it out to replace my power steering pump.
Does this work for the 4.2 s4 06 model?
+World Mechanic, great video, thanks! Had a follow up question about the freon discharge and refill. An unanswered question below asks a similar one, what is to be expected when discharging and also, will any seals need to be replaced on the condenser hoses? Once the condenser and radiator have been removed and replaced again, do any electronics need to be reset? Thanks for your help.

Is there any chance that you could make a video on how to remove the dashboard on the b6 a4. I have to replace it after a blown airbag and i cant seem to find any instructions on how to take it off.

Thanks for the excellent video! My radiator is broken do I have to discharge the freon to take out the condensor? Or can I replace the radiator without discharge the freon? Thanks

nefraw11 Hi guys, you will have to discharge the freon unfortunately. You will have the take the condenser out in order to reach the radiator.Sorry for the bad news. But right now check your local parts store or walmart. Winter time they have great sale on freon. We purchased some yesterday for only 4.99 a can

For future reference, I was able to drop the AC condenser and lay it down (still connected) while I removed the entire front end of my 2005 B6.
