Almost two weeks late on this vid, but for anyone who wants to try trapping Silverwind, deviants fall into the same category as elder dragons in this game in that they're untrapable. The game says so when you try to use a trap on a monster that can't trigger it, you can see it in the recording.

I was lucky enough to get Kushala Daora with overpower XL (Lower enemies's all elements def & atk) right after i finish the story, i was farming rare nest to see what new, saw the diamonds nest, grabbed it and run like hell lol. Anyway, that skill is OP, grind myself to 50 help a lot too and try to fight Velk. It was surprisingly easy, with my Kush spam skills lower its def & atk, so it's Aoe attack never drain more than 50% my health, i don't even wear ice resistance armor. But remember to break it's head first. Silverwing Narg was next and it even easier.
As far as I understand, the only way to get deviant eggs is to do the expeditions, or get super rare dens, is this true? (Just finished the quest line fighting all of the deviants, and really looking to get Silverwind to replace my normal Nargacuga)

For some reason, when I got this questline for the Deviants, the game only gave me the quests for Bloodbath, Grimclaw, andThunderlord. Nothing on the Dreadqueen nor on Silverwind. Can't figure out why the Clerk isn't giving me any more quests.
named my nergigante sirin and turns out i never needed much of anything other than max brachydios armor and a new sword (glavinus) and gunlance (steregios) to beat final boss after upgrading few skills on the charts
I used GL to build up my kinship gauge super quick and rode on my Nergigante to break the parts on the final boss quickly, for every phase of the fight, it was great.
@@Qballiz2kool must be nice i barely got targeted at all with stuff till either phase change or i had to heal cause that idiot with only a bow wouldnt consider healing unless it was absolutely nessisary (is kinda how i lost round 1 to begin with)
I managed to Kill it in my First try and I only Had a Not Shiny Nergigante (this name is DJ Epic) but was wearing Dread Queen Armor and had a bow wich gives a Chance to put explosive Status (basicly explodes After some time) Edit: My Max.HP = 306 Speed =13 Attack = Fire 227 Defence = Fire 318 Weakness = Dragon 242
blue rathalos & pink rathian are easy game, silverwind one-shots my lvl 50+ character with the strongest available weapons and armor ☠️☠️ they did an interesting job preparing us for the fight 😂
i got a original switch and it runs just fine for me had it since day one too sorry to hear about the issue youre having but the corrupt data tend to be because of sd card most of the time from my experience not the console itself
It has nothing to do with the switch, especially not with the „2016“ switch (the switch got released in 2017?!). If you want to fix the corrupt data thingy you need to buy a character styling ticket for 2,99. then just change your skin color and the error is gone. Im not kidding, this is how to fix it!

@@Chris-nu4ji if youve beaten the game and it still hasn't appeared then it might be tied to a specific type of hunting horn. I know they all have variations of what skills they offer you
@@Chris-nu4ji I don't, I got the achievement for getting all the skill pages so I know someone gives it to you, I use the hammer though so I never paid attention to what I unlocked for the war horn abilities
@@jellyrathalosstudios4719 "best tech monster" is debatable. largely just depends on the fight. for example the Mizutsune is the best water type monster and it is tech as well.

What I learn about playing MHS1&2 is no matter what level you are, lower monster can still give you hell.

Pair the Rath Heart + (Pink Rathian) armor with a crit charm and you are pretty much unkillable. It's easy to get at the beginning of post game too.

1:52 the first thing I went and did after getting into high rank was go and partner back up with Kyle 😂
But he was Kind of a jerk in the main story

The Astalos riding animation hurts me so much. The camera shake gives me motion sickness. It’s sad cause he’s one of my favorites.

Need a shock trap to work against a speed attack, pitfall is for power and tranq for tech

You can use this quest line to farm parts, but you need to do SR co-op quests in jungle dens to get eggs.
