It’s like sour and spicy like takis with a lot of lemon
its very tangy with a semi spicy after taste. the flavor is rly strong so if you get any add a little at a timeit tastes good on cucumbers
Ain’t a thing wrong with MSG.
I just used it on dill pickles and watermelon. I love that lime ting... I'll use it on my chicken soon.

Good in Tuna Fish sandwich . Tuna,mayo and Tajin simple as that. Takes the fishy taste out also! Much Love and Blessings
