Boda bodas in Kampala city center are indeed a nuisance. They don't obey traffic lights and they lower the standard of the city. They can operate in the city's outskirts but not in the city center. The city center should be dominated by the bus transport and meter taxi systems.

I agree with u, I hope the authorities will look into that. We really need to see a smart organised city, the problem is that politics outweighs the ideal policies in Kampala thus the city needs a strong leadership
