@Ot Chuckm This was great, thanks, I have been researching "how do you write current status of a project?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Peyictorier Imaginative Preeminence - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? most simple and most effective video, not only about gantt charts as we use Primavera or Ms Project normally in projects but it was amazing for the conditional formatting perspective.
