    Maximum strength along with bill starrs 5 X 5 have been the most beneficial training programmes I have ever followed. The strength gains and imbalance issues fixed from doing maximum strength have been most appreciated. Thanks Eric. Love your videos.

    i think i pretty much belong to the 3rd case (lat dominant ?). Although i give a lot of attention to my upper back, with face pulls, rear delt flies, shrugs with 3 sec hold on the top and wide grip cable rows, my shoulder blades are pulled down. Maybe i am built this way or ?

    Old video, but does anyone really know if it's possible to be all 3?
    I feel like my right arm/scapula is so jacked up. Too far retracted, anteriorly tilted, and also depressed.
