This video is missing a scene. He is also present with Shaak Ti in the Kamino hanger while they fend off against aqua droids. During that small scene he is standing on some crates shooting the droids

He also appears at 11:12 in "Clone Cadets," where he's watching from the back right on the upper viewing deck and at 20:39 in "ARC Troopers to the left of Rex and Cody in the background.
Nope. Look closely at his armor. It's red like colts but it's different. Fir starters he has a grey faceplate with red dots on his helmet whereas colt has a white helmet with grey skull markings.
By the end of the video that's when Fives and Echo get promoted to Arcs. Colt is DEAD before they get promoted. I would have loved to see Colt survive and hear they got promoted to Arcs after he failed their squad a while back (keep in mind 'Clone Cadets' would have been quite early in the war especially since Rookies would take place AFTER it and Echo and Fives would have been in the 501st for a decent amount of time)

I suspect this was the only control art released to lego and eventually was developed into Colt and then added as the 4th arc in the line up.
