Great hash browns no need for bread crumbs just use the cleanest dritynest shop towel to dry witch helps for firmness aswell 😂😂😂

Reminds me of being a kid back in the 70s my favourite was bubble and sqeek with a fried egg on top and a big Dolop of brown sauce now that's living 😂
