Love corn beef Hash. I usually make it out of the can and add onion and garlic some smokey paprika and about 5 eggs. Nothing like that warm golden yolk running over that Hash, it's so delicious.
Sam the Cooking Guy had a glass pot like the one you are using and it exploded on set while he was using it. He wasn’t doing anything out of the ordinary, it just shattered on the heat!

My man, the answer about eggs is duck eggs! Bigger, tastier, bigger, richer yolks. I no longer eat chicken eggs. Same flavor but more of it and more nutrition. Get them from your local farmer or even in the supermarkets like where I get mine. Costs less per 1/2 dozen than the free range chicken eggs. Worth every penny. Any way you cook them, fried, scrambled, hard boiled, they're awesome. And they're amazing in baked goods because the yolk is so rich. Get you some!!

I find no recipe for General All Purpose Seasoning, on the website and the direct link posted here, for this specific seasoning doesn’t work, either.
