Stopped at 25 seconds in, wondering why your tow receiver block is on upside down? I see this a lot, turn it the other way up and it bolts on about 4" higher. (zero cost)

Each to their own.. but I do a lot towing. If your tow bar was scraping the floor your lift kit is to low lol
Yes, it had a dixon extended hitch on it which is why it was scraping - but I don't have a need for it
Can you still fit a rear ladder like the DA4710 or will the step get in the way?

NAS stands for North American Spec - often these Defenders had specific add ons such as the rear step
