Rather outdoors screwed this up. The old quantum reels were far better quality and differentiated from other brands. Since Rather bought them, they became cheap feeling and cookie cutter. Its frustrating how the conglomerates can ruin good brands. Wont count these new ones out until i try one, but the offerings in recent years leave a lot to be desired.

Quantum Cabo PT are the best reels in my opinion. I have three of them and still going strong 💪💯🔥
A beefed up version of the accurist would be light out for bottom fishing
