    This routine was perfect start to my week! I needed this. With the instructions on how to perform the plank, I was able to successful plank for the full 60 secs for the first time! Thank you for this!

    BEST FULL BODY WORKOUT ROUTINE ON UA-cam. I have been searching for a good routine for full body on UA-cam for a while. I saw this video and gave it a try. I was sweating. The instructor gets right to the point and doesn't do any unnecessary talking. I like that the workout is repetitive, challenging and engaging. I hope that you post more full body workouts like this. I would definitely recommend this video to anybody that wants a bomb workout in a short period of time.

    I Love this work out so much i used to be a workout junkie but then I went through some shit for eight years fell off and I’ve been a few weeks back into it and this has been one of my go to‘s to strengthen my entire body this is the fourth time I’ve ever done it and from the beginning I went from half of the video one session I mean one repetition and then second and third now I’m at the fourth and I have made my way through the entire video both repetitions boo yeah baby WHAT IS THE MIN GUYS NAME BLUE SHIRT I LOVE HIM HE MAD ME GO I DID IT i’ve always been naturally well proportioned and Pretty fit but just pushes you I’m so exccccittted to be back on this journey after 8 years... I’m a week in and my man is asking me how the hell I change fat to muscle so quick lol go hard

    I got to play the old card on this. You can do workouts like this when you are free of pain/long term injuries, stretched well and got a jogger condition. I have nothing of that left, so it´s muscle training only, angry painful muscle training.... yeah, that´s it, I´m old now, just 36, but old and wrecked 36.

      PatronusHelice you should try low impact exercises I've got knee issues and do low impact. and age does not matter for exercise or injury
