If you change your view mode like resizable or classic or whatever you allows you to collapse your inventory you can turn your camera so your inventory layout is over the knight and hover over the spot where your pouches will be going. This way u can hit whatever f key your inventory is tied to to open ur inventory to open the pouches and close it again to continue clicking the knight without moving your mouse at all

If using RuneLite you can hold down the ALT key and move the inventory, this way you dont have to change view mode or anything :)

you can splash the knight with magic behind a fence beside the building in ardougne and that will keep him from despawning and thieve on ur alt.

Awesome guide you legend
Hold shift, right click the knight and select swap left click, select pickpocket. You can manually assign each individual npc separately. Your way changes all npcs which can be annoying

@@kkkkkkkkkk9990 but that would suck to do and undo. My way is custom for each individual type of npc. Much more convenient, you can set it and forget it
@@isthisit781 it literally takes a few seconds to change show attack option for npc or not. and not everyone uses runelite.
@@kai-lele3328 yours takes several seconds every time you need to do it, mine takes a few seconds once. My way was clearly intended for runelite users, to be quite frank if you don't use it why did you comment?

there's also a clan, and they always have a knight trapped in the south bank, one guy splashes the knight. there are always two worlds, one with people who fail pick pocketing and one with people who cant fail
you could use the runelite pugin that tells you when the mob has not moved enough and is about to repsawn. You can also put your inventory on the top of the knight so you can click him and the knight without moving your mouse at all.

If you have runelite. In configuration turn (entity) on. It will hide ever player.
Then in runescapes settings click, all settings, controls, and turn on single mouse button mode. It will allow your left click to act as a right click.
What about the shadow veil spell, does that not help increase the less chance of getting stunned? and getting the ardy knight in to the building doesn't seem necessarywhen there's always a world with a whole bunch of people pickpocketing the ardy knight in the bank?
you can shift right click the hero and set left click to walk here, that way you will click through him, i do this with most npcs and objects i dont want to interact with.

so if you dont have a numpad you cant get the mouse keys to work?
I don’t think he mention you DEFINITELY want to get the Arceus Spellbook and complete the quest “A kingdom Divided” to get the spell “Shadow Veil” which stacks with the Ardy Cloak/gloves of silence (the cloak and gloves don’t stack together however) and the dodgy necklace. Using the “Shadow Veil” spell increases your chance to not be caught while pickpocketing in addition to cloak, gloves, necklace etc. I forget if it’s another 10-20% boost but it’s huge when it comes to exp per hour. I think when I checked myself around 82 thieving at knights using shadow veil gave me an extra 10-15k exp per hour!
How much xp per hour is it at around 80?
Alt + shift + num lock will enable/disable mouse keys. Just a nice little short cut

I just finished the medium ardy diary. The most frustrating part was failing three times on the new route guide to castle wars from entrana and then forgetting to unnote my yew logs to complete it. Lol
What I did was have my inventory button set to F3 and then I never moved my mouse.
I resized my window/rotated my camera to where the inventory overlapped the knight.
I have gotten 99 thieving on 3 different characters. one Maxed Main, one 2k Total Alt, and one HCIM.

You can also do this with Elf's and vamps while making 100-150m in the process. It won't take much longer either. Just did it.

What about Aceuus spell "Shadow Veil" 15% chance of avoiding stun and damage while pickpocketing? Stacks with dodgy necklace.
Super good tool. I use this mostly at post 99 methods like elves and vamps. But if someone has the means to throw it in I highly suggest they do so
Question theres no way to get banned for setting 5 to left click right? Im just curious cause I want to power train thieving and was wonder how afk you could actually get lmao. like say I left a heavy item on the key XD

Honestly with how many requirements it takes I feel like it's more worth it post 99 (for elves, vyres, etc) but if you have the means to do it, add it in :)

believe it or not the gloves and cloak use to stack till a update back in 2016 . before you needed just 92 thieving to never fail at knights with gloves and cloak, now its 95 with ardy daries

Unfortunately after a lot of research there is no reliable way to do this that I can find. There are other solutions I can think of tho. Using an external one would be the easiest way imo
how do i find a world where knight is already lured?
Set up your world hopper plugin to allow you to go down the line of worlds with a single press of a button. I use the ~ button. You'll find one real fast
I got super lucky. Picking master farmers in guild waiting for crops at 96 theiving. Got pet with 50k xp to 97 ^_^

For us old schoolers we just stayed lvl 3 so the only left click option was to pickpocket

What’s average xp per hour?
HEAVILY depends on your level. On the 95+ levels I was getting 260k per hour. Iirc at lvl 55 it was closer to 90-100k
why is this better than splash worlds?
comes down to personal preference imo. if that is what you like and what works for you keep doing it :) this is the method that worked for me

Never gonna be truly afk (except with mobile, technically). I feel like 'afk' has morphed into 'requiring little to no attention' for me haha

Dodgy necklaces can't be bought for 1.2k, I am an ironman and it won't let me buy anything from the GE

not everyone uses worst spots best splash is on fence by bank only 1 way for knight to go and always comes back...bank is trash...also got 99 in 2 days on mobile half asleep ....mobile is fastest xp in any skill just so yall can finally learn....hmu if u wanna know fastest unused mole method
You can’t use gloves of silence if you are wearing full rogues as gloves are part of the rogues outfit. If you use gloves of silence instead of rogues gloves you don’t get double the loot. Also using macros is banable in osrs so not really a good guide
Thanks for the comment! According to the osrs website, as long as the method being used is native to the operating system (i.e. ease of access), it is allowed. and you are right on the gloves, which is why i dont really recommend them strongly :) thanks for your thoughts and feedback though!
Imagine playing a game where it’s become acceptable to spend 2 weeks spamming 5 on your keyboard to pass as “content” just get a randomised autoclicker for god sake - the fact this is so painful it’s better to skip it with an autoclicker than play the game is not a you problem, it’s the games problem. My thesis is if I’m banned for autoclicking to skip this total chore it I don’t give a shit - they just lose another of their dwindling player base.
osrs grinding isn't meant to be fun.
@@DeafBeardman The game was never initially intended to be a grind at all, that's why rune armour (originally the best) is at level 40, not 90 or 99. Now that content is structured around assuming you'll get 99 in skills, more engaging ways to train them should be (and has been for some skills) created. Where it hasn't been that is a flaw in the game, and that's why I autoclicked 99 thieving, didn't even get banned and wouldn't care if I had.
