Another horrific workout! I love these high intensity cardio weights with all the compound movements! My wife's gym had a bring a friend day so I went down with her but didn't much like the machines. I was doing leg day there, but everything felt too isolated and restrictive, and I felt like my back was missing out. These workouts are much more my style!

OMG I loved this workout please come wash my hair. My motivation was not there yesterday when I was thinking of doing a 7 day challenge with another trainer who provided no modifications and then yours came up. I loved seeing your dog she has such personality. I feel like I want to do your workouts and quit other trainers. I work out Monday-Saturday with Sunday being active rest day usually yoga or stretch of some sort. I love the modifications having Arthritis in my knees neck and feet at 65 years old. Suggestions what to do next. I am checking the link in your comments
