    When you do these things, it can help manage hair fall, just like it helped me. Keep your scalp fresh by washing it frequently. Use a soft shampoo. Make certain to get enough sleep every night. Wash your hair 2-3 times per week with liiitleextraa coocoonnion shampoo. Apply some oil to your hair 2-3 times a week. After cleansing your hair, gently pat it dry with some soft towel.

      Fantastic hair oil, shampoo, and hair conditioner by Littlllextra Cocoonion. It reduces hair fall and gives a nice shine to hair, leaving hair feeling smooth and silky after use. The quality is good and it provides constant nourishment for my hair. Overall, a great experience and it offers great value for money.

      Started using coconiion shampoo and the reactiivate serum recently. I could be imagining it, but my hair appears a bit more voluminous and looks healthier overall. I guess time will show the results.

    I really liked this video from you. It was very genuine and feels very personal, which it is. As a person also going through some thinning, I found this very informational and inspiring. I’m not sure what you did, maybe the music or less transitions/more talking, but whatever it is, it made an awesome and relatable video. Excellent job. I’m going to look into these products and procedures asap. Thanks and keep up the great work and content!

      Hey, I want to share how Jesus Christ can improve and save your life! In the beginning, God designed us to live according to his perfect standard, free from sin, but because mankind sinned, we now live in an imperfect world. The punishment for that sin is death or Hell. Because not one of us lives free of sin, we need a savior to save us from eternal punishment. God gave us this Savior in Jesus Christ. God sent us his son to live a perfect life, free of sin, to be a sinless sacrifice for us. Living a life as 100% man but also 100% God, Jesus died on the cross and rose again three days later, paying the debt for our sins. Now the Bible says in Romans 10:9, “because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” So if we confess with our mouths Jesus is the son of God, truly believe that God raised him from the dead, then repent of our sins and live for God, we will be saved! God Bless you man!

    Been taking oral minoxidil 2.5mg twice daily and 0.5mg dutasteride every other day as soon as I noticed my hair was thinning. I also do microneedling with the Derminator 2-3x a month as well as apply rosemary/pumpkin seed oil to scalp 2x a week. My hair grew back stronger as ever 3 years later now that I'm 30.

    I'm 18 and recently I've started noticing hair thinning and a little bit of hair loss...I've started taking biotin, I also read about DHT and its impact on male hair and I ordered DHT Blocker gummies... Right now, I plan on oiling my hair once a week, I've researched and figured out a couple of meditation and yoga poses that help stimulate nerves that are connected to our hair follicles and also reduce stress...Since I go to the gym so I'll be using a mild shampoo and also bcoz of my workout my diet and sleep stays on point every single day.
    Now Alex please tell me if there's anything else that I need to do

    • @EE-jn8ku
      @EE-jn8ku Рік тому +2

      Sorry but the gummies will not do anything at all. The natural route won't do anything either. I am telling you this because I'm 18 now and wasted a year doing the "natural route" with hair vitamins and biotin. My hairline receded significantly during the time I was 17-18 and I regret not starting some form of topical finasteride to at least keep some ground.
      If you want to truly inhibit DHT there is no other option besides the pharmacological route with prescription medication, finasteride or dutasteride. I take finasteride and minoxidil as a pill but ideally at 18 you want to use some sort of topical formulation. I know keeps sells a formula with minoxidil and finasteride combined. If you have an id, you can ask for it after seeing a doctor virtually. Or, you can go to a dermatologist willing to prescribe finasteride pills 1mg and buy rogaine foam and apply the foam to your head twice a day.

    • @atharv2575
      @atharv2575 Рік тому

      Well I've been doing everything I wrote for a month now and it's working.. not sure about the DHT blocker but biotin work like magic, maybe it's bcoz I noticed my hair thinning in the first few days. But yeah, these things do work if you stick to the schedule. Although I'm not sure about the DHT blocker tablets but I have a feeling that they're working since I've noticed a reduce in hair loss. Peace out

      If your hair loss really is androgenic alopecia, none of the things you mentioned will work. The only thing that is going to work is a DHT blocker like finasteride. I recommend checking out the youtube channel Haircafe, he has great videos on it (and the studies done on hair loss). I have struggled with hair loss myself and want only what's best for you bro I hope your hair loss journey is great much love.@@atharv2575

    Mine was thinning...not too bad for my age (I'm 47), but more than I like. I started Minoxidil when I was 42 and it did slow maybe even stop growth. I also use LIpogaine Big 5 shampoo 3x a week and the conditioner daily. Anyhow, while this stuff did slow the thinning down, I still decided to get the transplant last year. Pretty happy with the results of that, but I feel like if I would have started taking better care of it 20 years earlier I wouldn't have needed the transplant.

    It's interesting how many people worry about losing their hair even when they aren't. From what I've seen here, the hair loss is so negligible, no one else would ever notice it. Now I understand why my dad was so dismissive when I first told him I thought I was losing my hair. Someone always has it worse.

  • @jameslupkin3266
    @jameslupkin3266 Рік тому +16

    I've been on the big three for hair loss (minoxidil, finasteride, and use a high quality ketoconazole shampoo) for about the last 7 years starting at age 21. I didn't notice how bad my hair loss was until seeing photos of myself with friends. Once I started all three, I had some noticeable recovery and it has stayed there ever since. Many of my friends either accepted early baldness or were afraid to use any prescriptions for fear of side effects. I have never met anyone that suffered from ED or lost libido due to finasteride. And even if someone does have that side effect, you can lower the dose and get the benefits without the risk of ED. I wish more men were willing to try and save their hair rather than accept baldness in their 20's. I now have typically the best styled hair in many friend groups and most wouldn't know I ever struggled with hair loss.

    Hair does come back. I'm 45 and started getting thin hair when I was about 34. Since then I have been on and off caring for my hair, when I care for it it comes back. What it is is that our scalp pores clog with a wax like substance that hardens. Our hair roots are still under that clog. We have to unclog those pores to get hair to return. Why this happens I do not know. I just know that we are constantly told that the hair does not grow back. The perfect example that hair grows back is Minoxidil. It grows hair back, not 100% but it grows back, it all depends on your effort.

    Great video as always. Are you using 5% or 2% minoxidil? I was using 5% twice a day and actually had to go to the hospital for horrible heart palpitations and symptoms. I thought I was having a heart attack, actually. Something to keep in mind. After reading up on the topic, many other guys in their 30s have experienced the same, but it may be dose dependent which is why I'm considering 2% once a day instead.

    Creatine could be to blame too. There are thousands upon thousands of anecdotal comments across youtube, reddit, and etc where people say taking Creatine sped up their hair loss. Some guys just hopped off it and their hair thinning stopped.

    • @GillRapz
      @GillRapz Рік тому +1

      Yeah and sad thing is that all the influencers will use the one bad study on DHT and rugby players and say it doesn't scientifically cause hair loss. This is because they want you to keep buying supplements through their "promo codes". The supplement companies also only fund hundred of biased studies on the "most studied supplement" and can't even fund one study to "prove" that creatine doesn't cause hair loss. Theres a massive amount of evidence online, this is once instance where and enormous amount of anecdotal evidence Massively outweighs any scientific evidence available. Obviously, this hair loss only occurs if you have the male pattern baldness gene, otherwise you are chillin.

    I am 17 and I am already balding. My temples have no hair. I am not genetically prone to balding because none of my parents or grandparents are bald but I am pretty sure I am going bald since 14. A couple of years ago , a dermatologist prescribed 2% minoxidil but it didn't worked. I cried about it everyday back then . But now I am used to it. My friends even say to me to grow a fringe because they feel pity for me for having this bad hairline and thickness. What's your opinion on this ?

    • @Daniel-nm2qb
      @Daniel-nm2qb Рік тому +1

      I recommend that once you turn 18 to hop immediately on finasteride. It's not as scary as many make it out to be. Look up haircafe on UA-cam, he'll ease your worries. You can make a comeback my friend. I'm 18 and I'm now 6 months into treatment. Temples are coming back. Just do the best you can. Reach out to a dermatologist that will prescribe it for you. I've heard people starting treatment from 14-16 years old.

    Finasteride fucked up my kidneys. I lost 60% of my kidney function (eGFR) and specialists confirmed that it was caused by finasteride. Dutasteride is even worse. I will live a lot less long because I was so vain that I wanted to keep my hair. And I didn't realize that fina and duta were so devastating on the body when taken long.

    Great video, but I want to make a comment that recommending people go to Turkey to get a hair transplant is bad advice. Not saying there aren't good doctors in Turkey, but there are many bad ones as well, and it can be hard to tell the good from the bad. I work with many hair transplant doctors in the US, so I have some experience in this area, and if you make a mistake and choose the wrong doctor in Turkey the results can be disastrous. I have seen dozens of horror stories of bad hair tranplants and many people end up needing to get a second hair transplant in the US to fixed a botched on from Turkey. I would say don't be cheap with something this important.
