Today, I'll guide you through making delicious Milky doughnuts.
To start, you'll need ingredients such as flour, sugar, milk, eggs, butter, yeast, and a bit of salt.
Let's begin by combining the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a mixing bowl. Then, add in the milk or water and egg to form a dough.
Once the dough is ready, let it rise for about an hour until it doubles in size. After that, roll out the dough and cut it into doughnut shapes .
Let the doughnuts rest for another 45 minutes to rise once more.
Next, heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to around 375°F (190°C). Carefully add the doughnuts to the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown on both sides. Remember to drain excess oil by placing the fried doughnuts on paper towels.
Finally, you can prepare your milk filling to make your Milky doughnuts.
