Yes, she should be facing criminal charges! These sad attempts at PR is the ACLU is trying to help save face for their DV Ambassador, trying to save face for themselves, imho.
This woman won't stop even if she is in a Coffin, underground, and with a ton of dirt on her coffin. She needs seriously a good Shrink and lots of help from her family. She started with her lies and now she can not stop. She did not listen to the wise man and that was JD. Too bad too late.
She is using the not in her statements on the noun rather than on the adjective. For her, all of the statements equate to "I am not a victim". In other words, she hasn't lied here; she has decieved.

I know of another false allegation case where the "victim" in court was speaking in the the third person and the accused's barrister put it to her that it sounded like she was repeating something she had researched rather than telling what actually happened to her.
I caught this too. There were so many times when she said things like "he stepped away from me" rather than "I stepped away from him". Using his story, or other people's stories to fill out her version of events.
I honestly think a lot of her more “believable” incidents of abuse actually happened. The reason they don’t make sense when she tells the story is because in the actual incident SHE is the perpetrator, not the victim. That’s why her stories don’t make sense. She’s the perp trying to tell the story through the eyes of how she thinks JD experienced it.
Also if you've listened to her testimony. When she tells the incident of her alleged abuse. She's always telling it in the POV of the abuser. With her physical gestures. Like she's pulling hair. She'll mimic the motions of hair pulling and assault. As opposed to being the victim. Getting her hair pulled and pulling away or shielding herself. Think about anytime you were injured. The telling of the story. You'll use mannerisms of shielding or falling or bracing. Not hitting or slapping. In other words. She mimics the giving not the receiving. So she's rather the abuser. Or lying by putting herself in his role.
AH is a mimic. She watches, observes, reads and listens to other people's stories and looks to mimic this and pass it off as her own. Very little that she says is original thought. I'm sure with enough time, people and money you would be able to find the books, movies, interviews etc that all of her commentary has come from and match them up with each of her interviews or testimony.
There’s also a video of her holding pistol up to the window of a moving vehicle. Not the most massive of offenses, but it does follow the trend of her accusing Johnny of things she or someone else did
I agree you with completely. She has nothing of her own (for whatever reason) to share so she mimics others and tries to pass it off as her own. That is an excellent observation. I have a friend who is like this. (a good mimic…not a psychopath)
Does she really believe the viewer doesn't notice how frequently she can't seem to answer questions without deflecting and/or making "word salad" or giving long, rambling discourses that go off in directions that have absolutely nothing to do with the original question? 🤔
Agreed, I'm a survivor and when I saw that segment it leapt out at me - I was furious. She has done research but forgot to include herself because it didn't happen to her.
Exactly. She really sealed it by saying “without the resources you or I do”…. What??? She totally created a victim class she was calling herself belonging to, then totally separated herself (and Savannah) from that same class. Which begs the question: What did Amber do, with all the resources? Did she escape to one of the other houses? Did she gather up her friends to for an extended trip out the country to take a break from abuse? Did she have the best lawyers that money could buy?
The fact that she thinks having openly lied in a very public and very blatant way re: donating shouldn’t undermine her credibility or believability says A LOT about her mind state and the type of person she is…
I often read comments that force me to reflect on how horrible it'll be for her child. If someone is willing to gaslight the world imagine the amount of mental twisting the child will grow up experiencing. There isn't even a father to step in and advocate for an emotionally stable home.
Yes she should have fessed up to that lie. That was the biggest tell, it was so obvious. Then to say I shouldn't have to donate the money to be believed. What?
Totally agree. Narcissists like Amber are not even embarrassed at being caught out blatantly lying. She just thinks, if she keeps calling it the truth, that we'll suddenly agree with her. Unfortunately, they often do wear people out, and they just end up believing what they've said - however mad it is.
@@tobedownloaded6277 100 . Once you have publicly pledged to a charity, you absolutely should have to pay the pledge to be believed cause otherwise it's just an empty promise. I really believe she's gonna keep this up forever. She can't quit him and shes incapable of telling the truth. We just have to wait for another victim and hope it's not that child.
I think Johnny took blame in their relationship for things he didn't do and was made to equate his small "offenses" to AH's full-blown abuse. IMO that's one way she controlled him, making him think of himself as a bad person when he was actually the victim.
Dont worry She gets her just deserves here in this video comedy sketch. Permission to share AMber Bunny gets thrashed by Reporter.Wtach till the end for the punchline.ua-cam.com/video/A53pZazuXB8/v-deo.html
My ex did that to me. I suffer from CPTSD from early childhood abuse and made the mistake of being in an abusive marriage. I slapped him once early in our relationship when he was yelling at me and coming at me physically. He held that against me for the rest if our relationship. He would corner me, tell me I better not touch him and scream at me until it triggered a episode, then tell me that at least he never hit me. I found myself repeating that when people would tell me to leave him. The 1st time he laid his hands on me was to keep me in the car while threatening to drive it off a cliff. I was never alone with him again after that. It still feels surreal to say that I almost died that night and didn't even have a mark on me.
I thought that when I first heard that part of the interview. She’s talking about being a victim, but she’s not talking about herself. She’s talking in the third person. Who is that third person? Probably Johnny. The more she talks, the more of an abuser she makes herself look. It’s mad. Someone needs to make her stop.
She's not speaking of Johnny as she states that victims do not have the resources that she or the interviewer has, which means she's reciting someone else's story that she's heard. I agree, this needs to stop. All she is doing is repeating the very words that got her into trouble in the first place.🇦🇺💖🕊
It's just word salad... I wouldnt read too much into it. She just babbles and regurgitates things she hears or reads. I saw an interview of her about the Danish girl... n jesus, it was so hard to follow that nonsense... and it was such a simple question too. Lol
This is very similar to her statement in court where she says she has never referred to herself as a victim after publishing an article stating she had been a victim. Playing the role of a victim isn't something her pride allows her to do easily. She also comes across as lacking the necessary empathy for people who suffer in this way undermining her ability to act out the role - thus the terrible acting!
There’s a segment of the Dateline interview when she calls herself a victim. “I’m not the perfect victim,” she said. She insults our intelligence by continuing to speak out both sides of her face.
I picked up on the distancing language with the "you" statement structure when a portion of this came out a couple days ago. This one was the first I noticed. Savannah states to her directly, "The Depp team argued that you were the abuser. That you instigated the violence." Amber starts out in the first person, "I never had to instigate it, I responded to it...you have to adapt." She switches from first to third person. Savannah challenges her, "there are tapes.....there is evidence in which you say you started the fight." Savannah was direct with several "YOU" statements. It was very effective. Amber obviously was a bit rehearsed and prepared. Amber then starts out by saying the tapes were leaked and editted and then says, “it was evidence of a negotiation with YOUR abuser." She did not say, "I had to adapt." She did not say "a negotiation with MY abuser. Her switch from "I" to "YOU" is distancing and often used by those who are attempting to deceive. Savannah then reads right from the transcript, "I can't promise you I won't get physical again." Savannah challenges her, "You testified and are here today saying again that you never started a physical fight and here you saying you did." Savannah effectively speakds directly to her with "YOU" statements. Amber responds again by switching from first to third person, "As I testified on the stand, when YOUR life is at risk not only will you take the blame for things that YOU shouldn't take the blame for, but when you're in an abusive dynamic.....YOU don't have the resources." She DID testify which is why she uses "I" from recall. But when she creates a narrative that did not actually occur she distances herself by using "you." It would be far more believable if she said, "As I testified on the stand. MY life was at risk. I took the blame for things I shouldn't have to take the blame for. But I was in an abusive dynamic physically emotionally mentally.....I didn't have the resources that say you or I do or the luxury of saying hey this is black and white." But that wouldn't make sense because she DID have the resources just as Savannah would have if she were in a similar position.
I think she is trying to paint herself as a heroic representative of the victims who don't have the resources. She is by saying this putting herself in a different category above them in status. She seems to be stuck in a delusion.
you know what she'll say if Mel asked her about this? "I don't consider myself as a victim, I have risen above those trauma like a powerful phoenix!" Gaslighting at its finest Imagine being married to this person - you can see stuff is happening and she'll gaslight you into total insanity. you'll forget what is real.
She's a pathological liar, but in this case, I think her reference to 'unlike Savannah and herself' was said in regards to their having resources to fight, unlike others.
@@Andy-df5fj , only she didn't fight. She claims she was run over by "male power" when she tried. She can't have it both ways, as much as she'd like to. I'm female, btw, I use this computer to exercise in the am. She just makes me so mad with her disregard for all the people she has climbed on and hurt.
yea she cant even do a good job of trying to get people on her side. he first statement was something about the outcome being bad for women who have been through DV. why not just say "people" that have been through DV?!
Yup, I noticed that. "Eousources that you or I do", meaning she identifies with those who have resources, not as a victim. In her testimony at trial she also said to a question from Camille "what ACTUAL victim would do that"? She tells on herself through her language.
AH STOLE Rihanna’s story too! When Chris Brown beat her up!!! I knew she was stealing other peoples stories, but I never thought that she would do this! Check it out! It was an interview done by ABC in 2009 and an interview with Oprah. Also it was in a video by a channel called This Happened. She literally stole lines from her ABC interview! And the hand motion too! God AH is insane!! It’s the part when she was talking about how JDs eyes were black and he wasn’t there, while waving her hand in front of her face! Check it out if you wanna see and hear
AH is using other people stories for her own use. Just like AH got the story from past news a mother put her newborn in the microwave. When AH mentioned that it made me remember about that story in the news about that innocent baby.
That eye testimony was strange. I imagined if 100 people gave similar testimony in other walks of life. What percentage would believe his eyes did indeed go black..... and what percentage would think this woman is delusional and needs help
Great video. So glad you covered this! That stuck out to me like a sore thumb when I first heard it. I had to go back and listen to it 3 times and I couldn't agree more. She does NOT include herself in the group classification of victim in this statement and its a very subconscious slip, but is actually a HUGE reveal!
Maybe it's a way of assuaging her conscience. Sort of like... "Even if I wasn't actually a DV victim but just trying to ride the JD train for everything it's worth, there are plenty DV victims out there, and so I'm now working for them, and that sort-of sanitizes me."
While neither came out of the trial smelling of roses, she must really regret giving this interview looking at the comments across UA-cam... Too late now though 🇬🇧
I noticed, if you really listen to the things she is saying, repeat them word for word, or write them down on a paper, they don't make a lot of sense. It could be, that whenever she wanted to get her way, she used to attack her "opponent" with making fun of them, word salad, talking over them, not giving them a pause they can use to express their opinion (something that we could hear on the records) that she is not even aware how she is exposing herself and how ridiculous she can sound.
That’s what Johnny did in some of their audios. When Amber was accusing him of things, Johnny didn’t rebutted on some things as to not cause more issues. He also took some blame as to appease her to try to settle arguments. She says all the right things but it doesn’t pertain to her. It applies to real victims.
I definitely noticed when she said victims “don’t have the resources, say, you or I do”, because I immediately thought: you didn’t have the same resources that you have? One might argue that she means she has more/better resources than she used to, but she didn’t say “I didn’t have the resources…” She unconsciously excluded herself from the group “victims”.
I was just watching the first part of the interview and something jumped out at me. Not fully up to date on all the videos talking about the interview so it might have been covered already. She was asked about Depp's lawyers saying she was the abuser and that she instigated physical violence and her response was "I never had to instigate it" which on one hand just sounds like outright BS as far as we can tell based on the evidence, however to me it sounds like someone who wants it to happen, and pokes the bear fully ready to get physical first if need be. I think this was another moment where she slipped up and said more of the truth than she had meant to. I could just be reading too much into that.
Maybe you're not reading too much of it I think you have a point I really have to chuckle because this woman is totally and completely insane and so not in touch with reality
Everyone should contact the DA and demand she is prosecuted for perjury. Not only did she lie she submitted altered evidence to the court. She made a mockery of abuse victims We cannot allow her to make a mockery of our justice system
No matter how much I wish otherwise, they’re not going to hit her with perjury charges. The public backlash - from the small but incredibly vocal number of twits who support her, or the larger but still idiotic number who want to use her as a symbol for women - would be too large… or the PTB would interpret it that way. I’ll be shocked if ANYTHING negative actually happens to her as a result of this. I doubt she’s going to end up paying anything to Depp, and she’ll continue to get roles and play her victim-but-not-a-victim card.
I noticed this slip up when I first watched this section of the interview, and going by the comments on this video quite a few others did too. I also noticed the phone hand gesture/bruise on the opposite side of her face slip up. I am quite stupid, not the brightest of bulbs, and if I noticed these then I am sure most people also did and this interview is just making her look a lot worse, if that's even possible.
Give yourself credit... you picked up that amber is lying.. so you arent stupid... Some people are trusting, and expect good things from others..lead a simple, uncomplicated life. So to have someone like amber show you how "the other half live" means you are quite astute... Nothing wrong with believing the best in people...except amber is one of the worst life has to offer...greedy, conceited, arrrogant, entitled, and a full blown liar.... You are just fine...!....
If only she'd had said the whole "he convinced the world he had scissors for fingers" line at the beginning of all this, it would've been over a lot sooner. Not gonna lie, I (and I'm sure a lot of other people) have been 'entertained' by all this (a bit shamefully) but I'm sure everyone would've gone "this woman is f'king NUTS!" and saved everyone directly involved, a LOT of stress.
_If only she'd had said the whole "he convinced the world he had scissors for fingers"_ I think people are misinterpreting this bit from AH. What I understood it to mean was that JD is the fantastic actor, not her, and used Scissorhands to (badly) make her point. I think what she asked, in a strangely-worded way, is "why aren't people saying it was Johnny that gave the performance of _his_ life?"
im not sure if johnny gave the performance of his life, what i saw is that facts were presented in that trial and amber was not able to provide evidence that johnny ever abused her in any way while johnny and his lawyers were able to provide evidence that amber is not saying anything that is truthful
@@imacmill yeah, I get where you're coming from but my whole point was that if she's trying to say that JD gave the performance of his life in the trial by using the comparison of him actually acting, in a bizarre film where he's a weird freak with for scissors for fingers.... Why not say "he convinced the world he was captain Jack Sparrow?.... of course not, because everyone loves that character that JD performed. Just more of her trying to manipulate, I reckon.
I actually noticed this as well. My ears pricked up when she slipped into the third person - you or I do -!! She had the resources, but didn't get out🤷♀️
Mine too, she just can't help but slip up here and there. You'd think she would start to learn her lesson seeing all these videos of her letting the truth slip accidentally that she should stop talking while it's being recorded - but I guess she still thinks she can convince the world and turn this around somehow, or she would have just disappeared into obscurity and hoped people forgot about her.
She said "I"-- meaning she was not the abused. An admittance! But it won't do any good in helping Johnny. Nobody is taking any action for all her lies and admittance of guilt. She has suffered no consequences so far and I doubt if she ever will.
My favorite was the "average person" line. Amazing how we're so average, but our opinions, and social media activity are so powerful that we, "average people" were able to sway a judge, a jury and Hollywood. But didn't she also say " Paid rumours and paid campaigns on social media don’t dictate [casting decisions] because they have no basis in reality.” in reference to the petition. Which one is it?! She couldn't help but to throw an insult in there, and show us exactly where we stand. We're nobody's, with no power, yet we're to blame for your loss. #We'rejustaverage #TeamDepp
Funnnily enough though, her quote about the 1st ammendment was a case about INCITING VIOLENCE... where in a theatre someone falsely screamed fire and 50+ people were injured or died.... She couldn't even quote the 1st ammendment correctly, which is about speaking out against the govt! And im not American... Her arrogance makes her presume shes "more intelligent" than the average person.... Well this dumskull took a 14 year case to court and won, but im not a lawyer... i was fully invested in revealing the truth. Admissable documents, no heasay, and scientific medical evidence... plus countermanding false documentation, slander and libel.... Hard work, but gathering evidence of THE TRUTH, all of the truth, to take into court shows an underdog can win...
Clocked this one on first watch. Change of possessive. Like she tried too hard to relate to/win over the interviewer and let the other mental ball she was juggling (her story)drop.
This is fast turning into a witch hunt. I had a woman caught three times committing perjury in a magistrate's court, caught red-handed actually committing perjury there and then. The police ignored it.
I was actually more struck by the phrase, “ You will take the blame for things you shouldn’t take the blame for.” To me, it should’ve been, “You will take the blame for things you DIDN’T DO!”
I thought of that, but, it's been 5 to 6 years since she was in that relationship so she's not thinking in those terms. She also said she never wanted to be considered a victim. Then, I thought about it more and thought... She said she didn't want to let anyone know about the abuse during their marriage. So, why would she explain it in that way, it all?! She should have said, "When I was in that relationship, I didn't seek help because of the fear, or whatever, of outing Johnny. Or others may not have or know of resources to assist ppl in an abusive relationship." So, she's still the abusive lying narcissist with borderline personality disorder that Dr. Curry outed while on the stand. It just sickens me that JD didn't get out of that relationship sooner!
I just noticed that they edited one of her answers that was in the shorter interview news report. (short version) "As I testified on the stand about this, is that when your life is at risk, not only will you take the blame for things that you shouldn't take the blame for. But when you're in an abusive dynamic psychologically, emotionally, and physically, you don't have the resources that say you or "I" do with the luxury of saying, hey this is black and white." (long 1 hour version) "As I testified on the stand about this, is that when your life is at risk, not only will you take the blame for things that you shouldn't take the blame for. But when you're in an abusive dynamic psychologically, emotionally, and physically, you don't have the luxury of saying, hey this is black and white." They simply cut to the interviewer and shortened her answer.
1.) Thank you so much for all of your in depth vids on the Heard/Depp fiasco 2.) You may have mentioned this before I started watching youbut, why do UK lawyers/barristers wear the wig? 3.) I actually noticed this when I first watched it, Im glad others noticed the same thing, she definitely keeeps telling little truths mixed into all the lies. We are all becoming experts, she is teaching us a master class in what not to do, anyway she keeps informing us that she is NOT a victim...
Yeah pretty much tradition is my understanding. It is to show respect to the law and give formality. They aren't worn in all courts anymore and the history behind wigs is amusing.
I caught that too. As a broke single mother who was in an abusive marriage for 13 years, it bothered me that she had means that I didn't yet didn't do more. I was financially controlled too and had been cut off from everyone, Amber had ppl and $$. So when she said that; it clicked. She isn't a victim of the things she claimed, she's talking TO victims who were/are.

SO FASCINATING! Really dig how you explain and deliver your content. Never ever have I been interested to understand law ( well I passed business law at uni ) but yeah, it's a unique world. Cheers Luke from Australia
AH is like a child who has just learned to swear. They swear in the wrong place, the wrong part of the sentence. Th old movie actor William Shatner on acting says often Actors after dramatic pauses will slow down their speech and the reason isn't what you may think. It. It is not for more dramatic effect although it can work in movies No it's because they are on script and either it is a technique that helps you remember the lines AND /OR your attempting to tailor the lines to adapt to the question that wasn't quite what you had rehearsed.
When victim moves from surviving to thriving, they can ( I do) see their past victimized self as distinctly different from their current and stronger self. However, I do think it strange that she didn’t say something like “…don’t have the resources that non-abused people do, like you, and like I am now”. I know that I would never fall for an abuser like my ex because I am different now, stronger, more aware, and have my self esteem back. She’s actually making a very good point which few people understand if they haven’t been through emotional abuse. It’s not a question of intelligence. It’s a question of being vulnerable to the (narcissistic) abuser, and the abuser little by little every day corrodes your self esteem and devalues the victim. It’s truely awful. However, she’s said it in such an odd way that my instincts tell me that she’s read about this, and is recounting what she’s learned and not what she’s experienced. As a survivor it is the most important thing for me to emphasize that I am different now…..that this could not happen to me again, because I have changed, and no longer vulnerable to narcissistic abuse. Just my two cents 🇨🇦(tuppence worth 🇬🇧)
I also think this ‘getting it wrong’ - in recounting what she’s more likely read about - is evident when the says she couldn’t tell the difference between “right and wrong”. This is bizarre to me. But what would have made sense is “reality and non reality” (eg if she’s been gaslighted), or “I didn’t realize that what was happening was so wrong…because it had become normal to me”.
@@seadimooregolelemonnapula8314 hi neighbour I wasn’t a fan nor had I watched any of his movies so went in open-minded… now she’s blowing my mind with her lies and so many outlets giving her airtime … unbelievable!!!
After watching lots of your usual content, it's been fascinating watching you go through this case . She is a perilous person wholly detached from reality.
Dont worry She gets her just deserves here in this video comedy sketch. Permission to share AMber Bunny gets thrashed by Reporter.Wtach till the end for the punchline.ua-cam.com/video/A53pZazuXB8/v-deo.html
_She is a perilous person wholly detached from reality._ And this is why the state should step in and remove her baby from her care. She is an unfit mother.
Have you seen the latest ploy! The supposed teems of new evidence of all her therapist notes that couldn’t be admitted! Mmm. Handwriting looks very similar to that in the book her and Johnny wrote messages to each other in. She’s claiming it shows all the abuse she told her therapist about. Again it’s all ambers word for all this. I’d like a handwriting expert to look at those. Or the therapist to confirm those are her notes. Will she ever give up? She needs stopping. She’s lying so much now.
Therapist have notes...hear say on AH side. Where's the police reports of abuse an injuries? Where's the hospital reports of abuse an injuries? Just only what AH wanted to tell her therapist to have documentations for AH own gain when needed.
If it is her therapists notes and she claims the level of violence she is then the therapist could lose her license because she is a mandatory reporter
My issue with the supposed “therapist’s notes” is wondering “where’d she get them?” I’ve dealt with a LOT of doctors, both physical and mental, for a LOT of issues, and I have to request literal reams of documentation from all of them to ferry between the different branches of the medical profession, the government, my former employer and then back again. Know what I have never once gotten, from 20+ doctors? Handwriting. (Well, except on the percocet prescription that had to be hand-written and hand-carried to the pharmacist when they yanked all my teeth.) Sitting to the left of me right now I have my most current mental health file, including all kinds of notes and treatment plans and diagnoses and the doctor’s running commentary on all of it. All nice and typed up. In 40 years, I haven’t seen a doctor submit their findings, provide their consultation notes, case history or anything else in handwritten form. They TAKE those notes, sure - if they don’t just record the sessions - but before they hand it off to anyone, they type it up nice and neat. I’ve got a real hard time believing that whatever high-powered (and likely high-priced) therapist Heard went to doesn’t type up their notes. A harder one believing that if someone requests their documentation that the therapist hands over Xeroxes of their hand-written scribbles instead of a properly formatted case file, especially if it’s to be presented in a court case. So why does she have handwritten documentation? Did she steal the therapist’s pad when they took a leak mid-session? Or did she just scribble up her own for funsies? I’m inclined to believe the latter, personally.
Yes!!! That also came into my mind...she was talking as if a 3rd person, was the victim! Then i had it on my mind, all evening, and it drove me potty!! I'm so glad Mel spotted it too. Thank you x
Don't you think its a little sad when something like that the power over you to drive you "potty" all evening? Maybe gardening or taking a walk will help you relax :)
You can't put your finger on what is out of place! You go to bed and can't turn your mind off. Finally get to sleep. 2/3am, you sit bolt upright. You have gotten it and now your up the rest of the night! Been there! Warm cup of whiskey with a shot of tea helps. 😜
I caught it too and it blew my mind because she never gives a straight answer for ANYTHING. I really think that she has lied this lie for so long, that she in many ways believes it. I don't think with her personality that she will ever be genuine about accepting fault
I caught this too. It's like a 3rd party explained to Amber what it's like for a victim & she's just repeated it word for word as it doesn't even sound like she's gotten first hand from a victim.
An other one that bothered me was the part her having a full team of lawyers in regards to checking the oped. Rottenborn said her lawyer in the opening statement, Amber said on the witness stand said her lawyer neither of them said lawyers only singular lawyer.
It sure got my attention when she said others don’t have the same resources as say ‘you & I’ during the interview. I thought, ‘wait, what??’ I thought you had been placing yourself in that group of victims, AH. It is eye opening to me that we are all noticing the same things. A lot of people in the world are feeling the same way about things she has said or done and it’s so validating to know that. It’s cool to find out that when you noticed something she said didn’t sound right, or something she did didn’t look right, or the fact that you instantly noticed she’s contradicted herself yet again, only to find out many other people around the world noticed the same exact things as you, and noticed it right away, just like you! Of course there are always things I don’t notice for myself but once it’s pointed out to me I realize that I missed something, and that’s always cool, too!!
For me, Amber's contempt for the court was epitomized, not through her blatant lies, but when she "allegedly" snorted cocaine while sat in the witness box. Why else would someone use a finger to tidy up their nose after using a tissue?
The cocaine idea is silly. There's no way on earth that's what she was doing. As a long time enjoyer of white powders both in public and private, I can say that. She was most likely sniffing at some menthol on that tissue, which is often used by actors to help induce tear formation, which she can't do unaided, and which she needed to make her emotional acting appear real.
There's NO WAY that was coke. I used to do it. If it was coke there would have been powder residue on her finger and that would have been obvious. My personal opinion is that it was some kind of "cry stick" or Vick's vapo rub to make tears. If I remember correctly that was the 2nd day of her testimony. The interwebs were already talking about her fake crying with no tears so she was pulling out acting tricks to produce the scene she wanted.
Yeah, I caught that part the first time I heard it. My take was that she was comparing herself and the interviewer, having access to private security or assistants or other staff, something that normal "actual" victims do not.
The wording of "You" at the start is third person yet it is used to be inclusive or suggestive and leading. Inclusive as to not single your self or others out and let others into the scenario. Suggestive in what they can or cannot do, have or do not have, e.g "You do not want the soup?" suggesting and leading the person to agree, in this case it is suggesting and leading that you are part of this outline of unfortunate things and we are all vulnerable to them, that is acceptable and ok use of the third person. The use of Third person in the second part is distancing, it makes it remote and leads us to the conclusion that we are talking about. The conclusion that Amber does not consider herself the same. She talks very general and inclusive about a survivors struggle not as a personal experience and then when given the chance to make it personal she instead makes it unrelated to her self. One could argue she meant "Media attention" "Legal representation" "Money" "Networks for support" but....she has went through the use of these resources and it has not proven her point or aided her. If we were to believe her (very hard too) and say she was 100% abused as she described then she is right this minute just the same as the other victims she described. She has no resources, she has not been listened too she has no voice....but she still does not relate herself to these people and continues to keep them separate even if we are to do alot of mental gymnastics to explain what she said and try to agree with her we just cannot. As we would need to bend reality or truth to make her stories and words fit.
As a abuse victim I find it’s quite appalling. As I said before she’s riding on the misery of others for her own gain. Using other victims ordeals is despicable.
When she said don't have the resources that say you or I do, I caught that right away and wondered why no one was talking about it. That subtle remark tells me she researched what to say.
Well, this came to light on Twitter yesterday. You know the vintage wall phone in Australia that nobody seemed to know anything about? The mint green & cream one? Have a look at 0.46 seconds of the Edward Scissorhands trailer... ua-cam.com/video/TBHIO60whNw/v-deo.html
@@nellyb2434 😱Wow! That’s just another sad example! It has made me want to watch that film again though, so thank you for posting that clip. Another example came up on twitter yesterday….her description of an attack where she testifies about noticing the dirty floor is taken (almost word for word) from the book The Passage by Justin Cronin!
@@nellyb2434 I don’t know, but I wish the mainstream media would bring her to task for this. They are giving her a platform, and many people, who take things at face value, probably believe she’s still a victim!
“Oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive” Such is her personality, she made technicolour movies out of her answers on the witness stand. Instead of a simple yes or a no, she over-egged the pudding & now she has to try to remember the details of the phrases, the scenarios & she’s flailing (as well as failing). Her PR people should’ve told her to shut up but she can’t, she’s digging more than one hole.
She also answers questions with questions That makes it ambiguous Ie do you think that the jury was influenced by social media? Answer not yes or no but “how could they not?”
The Behaviour Panel say they think she was given the interview questions in advance 🤔. So she had time to prepare and still couldn't deliver a convincing performance smdh
While this does seem like a smoking gun or a giant Turd on the bed; if she had finished that sentence by saying "like you or I do right now" then it would make sense. This could be her slipping up and showing a lie or it could also be her showing she couldn't remember her pre made speech and as an actor she can't remember her lines so should probably wear an ear piece telling her to finish the sentence to not change context.
I think she is trying to paint herself as a heroic representative of the victims who don't have the resources. She is by saying this putting herself in a different category above them in status. She seems to be stuck in a delusion that she is a representative of the oppressed as she essentially stated in the 2018 article.
Yeah, I'm super confused by this video and all of the people saying "I caught that contradiction when she said it too". She's claiming to be a victim who has the resources to fight back, and differentiating herself from victims who don't have the resources that she and Savannah has. She's obviously lying, but not because she slipped up and used the wrong pronoun.
This has been a fascinating Interview, looking forward to the whole thing. One thing that came up I already found fascinating was when she says JD's team, did a better job distracting the Jury from the substance of the case. Seems like an admission of her own team's strategy...
As a dv and narcissistic abuse survivor, there is no way I would have dared record much less taunt my abusers . It would have raised the risk physically, exponentially . She wasnt scared of that man I do get that if he left the room she might have followed him , I did that at the beginning, before I realised it was risky and pushed him even further, because I'm feisty ( known in the north as 'arsey') and wanted the last word. At first I hit back as I was likening the physical abuse to actual fights I had with my brother as teenagers, but I soon learned that as a 5' 2" female, I couldnt win against my 6' husband , so I'd go into the foetal position and cover my face with my arms. I think it's very telling that Amber actually differentiates herself from dv victims/ sufferers especially when talking about resources.
As a survivor, if I was having the discussion about resourses then I would use the context of referring to my previous lack of resources as a 'vicitm' in past tense. Even now I dont see myself as a victim but as a survivor, I'd still identify with it as part of my past identity and autobiographical history. I still recognise that I now have something I previously didn't. I wouldn't exclude myself from the 'victim' category as she did. (Note this is more complicated when dissociated as autobiographical knowledge can be effected but I cant personally identify any signs of dissociation in her mannerisms).
I am SO glad someone finally caught this. I immediately caught the... "Dont have the resources YOU OR I do" I have been waiting for someone to say something about this.
Love your channel! Would you do a video on the possibility of the Sun defamation trial being reopened? We Americans are upset with the UK court & the Sun. Thank you.

Savanah asked excellent questions, brought Amber’s prepared convincing stand to reality. Amber got caught in an unpleasant situation. Her quick witted excuses weren’t making sense.
Another one she said " what you would hear in they clips are not evidence of what was happening, was evidence of a negotiation of how to talk about that, with YOUR abuser" Strange why she keeps saying things like this because it would surely be with my abuser.
I noticed one of the guys from the Behaviour Panel ( it may have been Chase) use the phrase, "You don't shout fire in a crowded theater.", while analysing Amber's testimony, then, lo and behold, Amber the comment collector is using it in an interview just days later. I guess she's been learning how not to act badly from them?
The 'you' isn't unusual when describing an experience assumed to be shared by unknown others - unfortunately for her she brought 'I' into it as someone who stands apart from that shared experience - that single word disqualified herself from that group
6:10 and 6:30. I think it might be a little different. I think that she is in this sentence still claiming to be a representative of those victims that have fewer resources. She seems to be trying to paint herself as the defender of those victims. A kind of hero complex.
When Amber was giving her evidence in chief regarding Johnny allegedly throwing a mobile phone at her, she demonstrated this by throwing an imaginary phone by using her right hand but points to the left hand side of her face where it had struck her using her left hand. But the picture of her injury showed the so called bruising to the right side of her face. Surely you would remember which side of your face the phone struck you. Unless you were applying bruising makeup in front of a mirror where left is right and vice versa. Just doesn’t seem to add up.
To super pandas comment: baby in the microwave Rebekah Vardy said that. Many ppl don't know that story. I'm DV survivor and she's right lots of ppl don't have the resources, but she did. She wanted to stay for the money
No matter how Amber phrase it. During these interviews she clearly see herself as a victim. Being under oath she stated during the trial that "she han NEVER seen herself as a victim
Yep. AH seemed to be once again claiming other people's experiences. Camille , in closing, told the Jury that Amber told a horrible story of ab*se, but it wasn't her story.
It definitely was a strange way of putting her case also when she talked about the phone hitting her face/ eye she pointed to the wrong side. If you have been traumatised by someone hurling a phone and hitting you in the eye I think you would instinctively point the the side it hit.
I've noticed that a few times during Amber's interview that she makes a strange movement with her mouth where she lifts the left side only up, distorting the appearance of the mouth. I have no idea why she would do this and find it hard to try and replicate it myself. Any opinions welcome.🇦🇺💖🕊
Yes I agree, I had picked that up as well. She's not talking about herself because she's not a victim. The amounts lies ahea been caught out on is mind boggling. It's adamant to majority of people she has lied & made these allegations up!!
When she says “you or I” and in her previous part of this same conversation when she says “I want to tell YOU, I was confident” she’s trying to also gain the interviewers sympathy or buy in. Amber is a master manipulator.
That's a really good point. That section, where she flips from second person to first, I found jarring. But I honestly thought "she's speaking about it in the past tense, so speaking generally about people going through abuse, then jumps to that she's not going through abuse now [but she believes, or is making out, she went through it historically -- so is saying she has resources and whatever now, that she believed she didn't have then]. I *personally **don't** believe she was abused*. But I'm open to the fact that due to personality disorder issues or drug issues, she *believes* she was abused in some form by JD: albeit she has recently massively exaggerated from what she felt was abusive: as she had threatened to burn his life down with an abuse allegation, in the days after May 21st, in the extortion divorce letter. (I'm just aware certain personality disorders can experience things like normal time outs from arguments, as being abused by someone. Or someone spending time with anyone bar them they view as being abused.)
Can I just point out another mistake that Amber Heard made during her testimony ? When she said she as walking out of the bedroom and Johnny slapped her across the face, and she turned to look at him, hello, if she was walking out of the bedroom Surely she would have had her back to him! So how did he slap her across the face for her to turn to look at him. That just does not make sense at all. She must have been walking backwards then was she? but she couldn’t even have been walking backwards as she turned to look at him.,come on Amber try yo get the lies right.,
Good catch. I tend to miss the details with her because the basic shape of everything she says is so blatantly a lie or self-contradictory that I never even get down to the specifics.
Please may I ask something which is niggling me. Surely as the case was brought about by Johnny, then would he have to agree with Amber wanting to seal the evidence, can he refuse that if she applies?
I really wish the DA would look at this case and charge her with perjury. She is not a real survivor and destroyed a man's life with her lies.

I know of another false allegation case where the "victim" in court was speaking in the the third person and the accused's barrister put it to her that it sounded like she was repeating something she had researched rather than telling what actually happened to her.
I noticed that too. She also indirectly says her lawyers didn't do a good job misdirecting the jury.
I was about to comment similarly. By using third person, she seems like she’s teaching a class on abuse. She’s the teacher. We’re the students.
I caught this too. There were so many times when she said things like "he stepped away from me" rather than "I stepped away from him". Using his story, or other people's stories to fill out her version of events.
I don't get it , 44 and counting . this describes two different things, how is it a tell?
A liar usually puts themselves in little ways. And it makes our truth antenna go off.
Exactly! Just that she stole her ex assistants rape-story... says it all
I honestly think a lot of her more “believable” incidents of abuse actually happened.
It's amazing how amber thinks everyone is a idiot. That we can't see her lies for ourselves.

There is also the allegation that JD told AH a story of a friend of his regarding SA. The version then gets recited by AH as what happened to her.
There’s also a video of her holding pistol up to the window of a moving vehicle. Not the most massive of offenses, but it does follow the trend of her accusing Johnny of things she or someone else did

Totally agree. Narcissists like Amber are not even embarrassed at being caught out blatantly lying.

He loved her or still loves her
My ex did that to me.
Exactly.. and how dare he try to defend himself or cast aspersions upon her or feel any kind of anger at his situation bc victims would never do that
He actually said it after his finger was severed. That she makes him hate himself
She’s been a spokesperson for dv so she’s been privy to hundreds of stories shared during those meetings.
She's not speaking of Johnny as she states that victims do not have the resources that she or the interviewer has, which means she's reciting someone else's story that she's heard. I agree, this needs to stop. All she is doing is repeating the very words that got her into trouble in the first place.🇦🇺💖🕊

Lake her stop? I mean it's annoying, but I think she's digging deeper.
This is very similar to her statement in court where she says she has never referred to herself as a victim after publishing an article stating she had been a victim. She also comes across as lacking the necessary empathy for people who suffer in this way undermining her ability to act out the role - thus the terrible acting!

Savannah challenges her, "there are tapes.....there is evidence in which you say you started the fight."
Savannah was direct with several "YOU" statements. It was very effective. Amber obviously was a bit rehearsed and prepared.
Amber then starts out by saying the tapes were leaked and editted and then says, “it was evidence of a negotiation with YOUR abuser."
She did not say, "I had to adapt." She did not say "a negotiation with MY abuser. Her switch from "I" to "YOU" is distancing and often used by those who are attempting to deceive.
Savannah then reads right from the transcript, "I can't promise you I won't get physical again." Savannah challenges her, "You testified and are here today saying again that you never started a physical fight and here you saying you did."
Savannah effectively speakds directly to her with "YOU" statements.
Amber responds again by switching from first to third person, "As I testified on the stand, when YOUR life is at risk not only will you take the blame for things that YOU shouldn't take the blame for, but when you're in an abusive dynamic.....YOU don't have the resources."
She DID testify which is why she uses "I" from recall. But when she creates a narrative that did not actually occur she distances herself by using "you."
It would be far more believable if she said, "As I testified on the stand. MY life was at risk. I took the blame for things I shouldn't have to take the blame for. But I was in an abusive dynamic physically emotionally mentally.....I didn't have the resources that say you or I do or the luxury of saying hey this is black and white."
But that wouldn't make sense because she DID have the resources just as Savannah would have if she were in a similar position.
I think she is trying to paint herself as a heroic representative of the victims who don't have the resources. She is by saying this putting herself in a different category above them in status. She seems to be stuck in a delusion.
Also, who negotiates with an abuser by saying they CAN'T promise not to start a fight, it literally makes no sense.
you know what she'll say if Mel asked her about this? "I don't consider myself as a victim, I have risen above those trauma like a powerful phoenix!" Gaslighting at its finest
Imagine being married to this person - you can see stuff is happening and she'll gaslight you into total insanity. you'll forget what is real.
That bit also bothered me as she referred to Savanna and herself as if they're both removed from dv survivors group
She's a pathological liar, but in this case, I think her reference to 'unlike Savannah and herself' was said in regards to their having resources to fight, unlike others.

That statement contradiction jumped out for me right away. It's amazing the word salad that comes out of that woman's mouth.
I’ve never heard anyone that wasn’t a politician or lawyer (no offence to Triple-B) who could use so many words to say so little.

_If only she'd had said the whole "he convinced the world he had scissors for fingers"_
I think people are misinterpreting this bit from AH.
@Blingfire _Talking truth._
Maybe so, but probably not.
@@dannythedoodle Agreed to all of that. One more thing she failed at.
I actually noticed this as well. My ears pricked up when she slipped into the third person - you or I do -!! She had the resources, but didn't get out🤷♀️
Finally! This caught my eye - or ear- the first time I saw the clip! "people, who are abused do not have the resources like you and I..."
Yep "...like you or I...." stands out doesn't it.
@@michaelbartholomew1110 indeed. I tried to look for other analyses of the interview, but nobody caught this. I found it really telling.
@@StreakyBaconMan one can't but wish 😬
She said "I"-- meaning she was not the abused. An admittance! But it won't do any good in helping Johnny. Nobody is taking any action for all her lies and admittance of guilt. She has suffered no consequences so far and I doubt if she ever will.
We all know she can't stop lying, there's no point banging on about perjury when she does it everyday without penalty
Just love how you can bring this to light!! Happy I found you on Legal Bites!! Thank you!

Clocked this one on first watch. Change of possessive. Like she tried too hard to relate to/win over the interviewer and let the other mental ball she was juggling (her story)drop.
Exactly. It’s a salesperson technique to elicit empathy to get the sale and she used it in the wrong setting and screwed it up.
Or others may not have or know of resources to assist ppl in an abusive relationship."
So, she's still the abusive lying narcissist with borderline personality disorder that Dr.
Well spotted that man! If that doesn't show just how biased the media is, I don't know what does.

2.) You may have mentioned this before I started watching youbut, why do UK lawyers/barristers wear the wig?

We are all becoming experts, she is teaching us a master class in what not to do, anyway she keeps informing us that she is NOT a victim...
So true, I like your last sentence!

So pleased I subscribed. Your explanatory skills are excellent. Clear & concise. Thankyou for an extremely helpful site.
Even if she did tell her therapist it doesn't mean any of it is true. Therapists are required to document it all even if it's all lies.
Therapist have notes...hear say on AH side. Where's the police reports of abuse an injuries? Where's the hospital reports of abuse an injuries? Just only what AH wanted to tell her therapist to have documentations for AH own gain when needed.
@@johnflavin1602 exactly. All of her evidence is based on her telling or her showing people bruises etc…..never first had….lies lies and more lies
If it is her therapists notes and she claims the level of violence she is then the therapist could lose her license because she is a mandatory reporter
My issue with the supposed “therapist’s notes” is wondering “where’d she get them?”
I’ve dealt with a LOT of doctors, both physical and mental, for a LOT of issues, and I have to request literal reams of documentation from all of them to ferry between the different branches of the medical profession, the government, my former employer and then back again.
Thank you x

Thank you and Mel also for this insight. 👍🏻
She was spotted taking pills very discretely while sitting at the table with her lawyer. Then taking a snort while on the witness stand.
Some have said she breathed something to bring on tears. Either way, it was suspect. Cray cray…
Also, her ENT doctor said she had old scar tissue in her nose, classic of snorters of charlie.
That's EXACTLY the statement that completely stood out for me. She's absolutely NOT talking about herself!!!
That's so true for survivors/victims of both genders.
When she said don't have the resources that say you or I do, I caught that right away and wondered why no one was talking about it. That subtle remark tells me she researched what to say.
Yes, I noticed that also! She goes into lecturing mode but forgets what are supposed to be facts
In one of the audios, didn’t JD criticize her for always given him lectures? Seems she just can’t help herself with anyone
Her whole rhetoric is one big story…recounting either a book she’s read or other people’s stories and using their experiences as her own.
Succinct but true.

“Oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive”
Such is her personality, she made technicolour movies out of her answers on the witness stand. Instead of a simple yes or a no, she over-egged the pudding & now she has to try to remember the details of the phrases, the scenarios & she’s flailing (as well as failing). Her PR people should’ve told her to shut up but she can’t, she’s digging more than one hole.
Precisely
She also answers questions with questions That makes it ambiguous Ie do you think that the jury was influenced by social media? Answer not yes or no but “how could they not?”
She has used third person descriptive for weeks. She is not the victim.
I caught this too & I also seem to remember JD saying something similar to this during the trial, essentially that he would say things to pacify her.
I caught this and couldn’t understand why no one was calling her out
This has been a fascinating Interview, looking forward to the whole thing. One thing that came up I already found fascinating was when she says JD's team, did a better job distracting the Jury from the substance of the case. Seems like an admission of her own team's strategy...
Amber's team tried distracting with Muffins but it didn't work!
@@FlyingPhilUK a Muffin would have worked on me :-)
As a dv and narcissistic abuse survivor, there is no way I would have dared record much less taunt my abusers . It would have raised the risk physically, exponentially . She wasnt scared of that man
I do get that if he left the room she might have followed him , I did that at the beginning, before I realised it was risky and pushed him even further, because I'm feisty ( known in the north as 'arsey') and wanted the last word.
This, exactly
This phrase indicated to me that she’s imagined herself as a victim, but she is not a victim.

Savanah asked excellent questions, brought Amber’s prepared convincing stand to reality. Amber got caught in an unpleasant situation. Her quick witted excuses weren’t making sense.
Another one she said " what you would hear in they clips are not evidence of what was happening, was evidence of a negotiation of how to talk about that, with YOUR abuser"
Strange why she keeps saying things like this because it would surely be with my abuser.
I picked up on this one too. Quite clear she’s telling stories isn’t it. Good to see you getting the subs you deserve 💗
Lol she is reading everything from every channel I bet
I caught that too, “they don’t have the resources you or I do,” she’s not a victim.

I definitely noticed that when she said this. She did not acknowledge herself as a victim
Her continual lopsided teeth baring is really not a good look.
Amber: “I’m not acting”
Also Amber: *takes ten seconds getting into character before responding to a question*
I've noticed that a few times during Amber's interview that she makes a strange movement with her mouth where she lifts the left side only up, distorting the appearance of the mouth. I have no idea why she would do this and find it hard to try and replicate it myself. Any opinions welcome.🇦🇺💖🕊

FALSE ACCUSERS BELONG IN PRISON
My partner used to abuse me. Buying him an 8” knife made me rest easier
Saying "you or I" clearly places her as a non victim and with the POV of an outside observer. She's making a conference but not talking about herself.
Can I just point out another mistake that Amber Heard made during her testimony ? When she said she as walking out of the bedroom and Johnny slapped her across the face, and she turned to look at him, hello, if she was walking out of the bedroom
Surely she would have had her back to him!
