Speaking from experience, all members of the US Army have to go through tear gas training where u and a group are brought into a room that gets filled with gas then are required to break the seal on your mask, lift it and clearly state your name rank and SS number. God help you if you are the first in line and have to wait on the rest of group before exiting

I’ve been in a car crash where my car rolled at over 100mph. I pulled myself out and was fine. I braced just like I was taught to while on my offshore training course for working in the oil industry. In my training, I was taught how to brace for a helicopter crashing into the sea and being flipped upside down as well as how to escape it under water… ngl it was a lot of fun and clearly taught me how to save my own life.
In regards to the crash: it was entirely my own fault for driving too fast on a backroad. Nobody else was involved and my car hit a tree. Pulled myself out, called an ambulance just to be on the safe side and they released me the next day with just some bruising and a chipped tooth.
