I just realised how much content you guys are doing every day holy
I think it’s like 3 times a day, with an SCP episode, and a couple shorts.
@@Lady_Chalk SCP?
@@crypdragon7137 its like uh a fantasy horror storry
I think they have a office building
@@sarajan6756ik what scp is but theres no scp stuff on the channel
Me : let's sleep a bit
Infographics : do you wanna join secret service's boot camp
Speaking from experience, all members of the US Army have to go through tear gas training where u and a group are brought into a room that gets filled with gas then are required to break the seal on your mask, lift it and clearly state your name rank and SS number. God help you if you are the first in line and have to wait on the rest of group before exiting
I have a younger brother who is now medically retired that I had the privelege of pinning a blue cord on in Fort Benning. He had a graduation video he starred in doing exactly that. Snot, slobber, tears spit everywhere lol. Secret Service might be surprised how some of our military are trained
I went through Thailand reserves army boot camp and we also had to go through the tear gas training
Honestly, I've been through the chamber multiple times. I can think of quite a few things worse than the gas chamber. Worse time in I was in the last group, dude had extra vials to get rid of.
@@andyd2960 Pfft. Y'all have no idea what pain is. One winter i was stuck in an Uber w/ an obese driver... And she cut a *Silent But Deadly* one 😷🤢🤮 Small-scale Biological Attack on US soil, you guys. My eyes were stinging, I was *choking* , and my heart rate went up in Fight or Flight mode.
I had to roll down the window. I'd rather die by frostbite than whatever *unholy* gaseous mixture that woman produced that day. Jeeeezus is Lord!
In Indian Army they do the same thing
You have literally taught me more about history than all of my history teachers combined
All this content every day plus the animations.. so much work to inform people 👏👏
I feel like a lot of this information came straight up the business insider video about the secret service. You guys even quoted the instructor from the same video.
WOuldn't be surprised. These types of channels do that all the time.
I wonder how many people are watching like "Yeah i totally could've been a Secret Service Agent" while drinking a beer and/or eatting a big bag of chips
When I joined the DOD Defense Security Service in 2001, the director came to our first training class and congratulated the 44 agents who had been selected from 10,000 applicants. I had no ifea until then they were so selective.
“You’re about to embark on what is probably the most dangerous job interview in the world.”

How did you get here this early?
I was also thinking about kingsman the whole time 🙌
During my time in techincal college I met someone who was retired from the secret service, very nice guy and had a bunch of storys from Vietnam as a Marine and told me little bit about secret service.
@minecraft pro helpfull tutorials really uncalled for kid.
I’ve been in a car crash where my car rolled at over 100mph. I pulled myself out and was fine. I braced just like I was taught to while on my offshore training course for working in the oil industry. In my training, I was taught how to brace for a helicopter crashing into the sea and being flipped upside down as well as how to escape it under water… ngl it was a lot of fun and clearly taught me how to save my own life.
In regards to the crash: it was entirely my own fault for driving too fast on a backroad. Nobody else was involved and my car hit a tree. Pulled myself out, called an ambulance just to be on the safe side and they released me the next day with just some bruising and a chipped tooth.
Glad things worked out so well.
Nice dream
I have never in 9 years of ems service at a 90k+ calls a year dept seen someone hit a tree at 100mph and survive regardless of what they did
I agree: you are really fortunate to have survived such a speed with seemingly minor injuries. I also worked in EMS in the countryside and my team frequently had to call in a med-evac helicopter due to life-threatening injuries that the local hospital would be unable to treat due to lacking specialty doctors like neurosurgeons.
The Infographics Show is a great channel to watch on UA-cam
i love learning from these
6:50 they do the rollover simulation so much in the military. we even did it in country as a refresher before we left the compound to drive to our final FOB.
I could at least pass the background test part
You should also cover the different branches of the Secret Service such as the uniformed division (secret service uniformed police) tactical teams ect
Throughout this whole video, I repeatedly kept thinking about JFK's secret service.
I was just thinking about trying out for the secret service and this gets in my recommended.
It’s funny how this video came out around the same time I myself was informed I didn’t make the cut. I made it past the polygraph but my guess is they found something they didn’t like in my background and I didn’t make the cut. Such an amazing experience nonetheless.
Where do you go to even join it
yea, but I'm pretty sure secret service aren't just going to stand in front of the president while another one slowly walks up to the gun user, put their hand on their arm and just say "hey, no."
They should have ballistic vests under their suits, so it's unlikely, yet plausible
so we gona ignore after 6 years the infographics show animation skills
More like this please
Imagine if this is also the standard training that all police officers in the US must go through? We would have more badass well trained cops around and crime rate might be lower.
I was just going to mention the same!!
In a perfect world yea but then there wouldn't be many officers.
yea
@@kenb6832 Really? I mean my hope was that while there will be fewer cops but they might be better trained and thus they could give better results, you know quality over quantity.
@@samuelebincoletto637 In some cases, fewer and better trained cops would do alright but when you have a population of like 500 thousand to like a few million people then a few excellently trained cops would just end up being overwhelmed by the sheer call volume and staffing demands.
I did an interview for the secret service. I can't talk about what happened during the interview, but I will say it is VERY intimidating.
Are you prior special forces? If not the. That’s understandable
@@danielpark7821 No i'm not. I think it would be fun to do it. But it's not for me.

1:17 thank you for doing the math for us. I never would have figured out that 1% of 27,000 is 270.

Hey, I was watching a movie called “ olympus has fallen”. And I was wondering what would would actually happen if someone tried taking over the White House, and what would they need to do it?
This is oddly specific, you wouldn't happen to be planning to Storm the white House??
They would need nukes lots of nukes
@@yerkkoo lol
Oooh, how do you do the channel guidelines things?
Hi love your videos keep up the good work
Is it wrong how much stricter the qualifications are for the Secret Service than the President they protect? Do you think some Secret Service resent their jobs based on the incompetence of some of the presidents they have to look after?
And the newest training is how to change depends and how to serve an ice cream cone
>says that assassins don't care about fatigue and fitness
>adjusts criteria for women to get in.
That's some bull. If women can't hit the same standards as men then they're simply not meant for the job
Exactly!
My man got into the secret service and quit just to tell us what it’s like
why would he quit though

Yup, and so does a lot of others...
It's different here in our country that is a surprise training where your barracks consisting of 10 occupants are breached assault team throwing in 5 tear gases you are pinned to the ground and state your name, rank and group, I never been subjected but I was involved many time in keeping the training safe
Indian Army does that

But apparently if the agent is old and/or a woman, the assassin will change the amount of force applied???
😂
I love your videos, they're very interesting and many questions that I had were answered by ur videos, thanks.
love you guys ❤️
You know what’s crazy is the fact that I was at school on oct 8 2021 at newark NJ , Kamala Harris the Vice President was near and all I wanted to know was where she was at because I was interested that’s all. I asked this lady cop and she said it’s not my business so I left and thanked her minutes later on W market st I get stopped and secret service comes. They ask me questions and stuff I was just baffled cause I never thought I’d ever be stopped over something so little.
If I'm able, I'd quit my job to join the Secret Service. I'd be willing to be erased from history if necessary.
Have you applied?
Anyone else notice this video came out 3 weeks ago and they had a model of trump on the plane as president when talking about Air force 1🤣🤣🤣🤣

What is the difference of secret service Boot Camp in the US military boot camp
Military is probably more physically demanding. The secret service is probably harder overall due to the academics required.
