Depends on the kind of pancake, in the UK I could eat a 40-cake stack, because they are so thin here. Those are American, the land of plenty, and are like 5 times as thick, I could feel the pain he went through.
Back when ihop had unlimited flapjacks, a friend and I had a contest to see who could eat more. We didnt eat anything for 2 days leading up. I got to 28, and he got to 30. I was so full I didnt eat anything for the following 2 days either . Best $4 I ever spent 😂

I've personally tried this challenge with a friend at a Denny's near my house and it was by far one of the worst experiences my stomach has ever had. My friend made it to 15 and I personally only made it to 12 1/2 but once I hit 11 pancakes each bite that I took gave me some sort of body high and I had to fight my body's instinct to not swallow anymore pancakes. We were so stuffed we were trying to make each other shit our pants just by laughing. Needless to say I'm not gonna stop doing the challenge until I eat 15 pancakes.
At first I was very surprised at the title, since i do not think I have ever eaten less than 15 pancakes at once... but then i remembered that American pancakes are much thicker.
