I'm glad she never gave up and got into hololive at the right time to debut in Advent, because I can't imagine anyone more fitting as Nerissa Ravencroft both voice and attitude wise, love it for her 🖤

What i like is that Holo is actually encouraging of trying multiple times. When i applied to a certain company twice the HR person really started grilling me like 'you already applied once before and we rejected you so why are you here again?' (and not like trying to figure out my motivation, but actually questiong like i didn't get the message 😂)

Motivation is a great thing to have, but it cannot easily be achieved because of low self-esteem, anxiety, and many factors that affect one's motivation. So as Rissa has said, and I quote, "Just be yourself".
This is what happens when you apply for jobs sometimes its better if you apply multiple times.

Am curious what their general impression is of Hololive that they would apply multiple times instead of giving up and trying with others.
VShojo, Nijisanji, Phase Connect, and many other agencies have one thing in common, which is providing them platform to grow as a VTuber streamer. The amount of freedom however varies between them
What makes Hololive unique is that aside from being a streamer, you can have a chance to become an idol who sing on big stage one day, having your own album and even your own concert. That's why audition is practically much harder than the rest. So many talents for so few spots
I mean even if Niji was easier to get into, I'm not sure I'd want to considering all the stuff coming out about their treatment of talent, price sharing, and the like.
I heard that Hololive keeps track of people in their radar, (8bit drummer has said that they contacted him to give him perms as well as give him a heads up for Holo MVs that might give him trouble) so while obviously idk if it's the case I imagine Holo HR seeing Nerissa's audition the 2nd time, seeing she faked her voice and went "girl, no. We don't do that anymore."
You have to realize that most people don’t just apply to one company at a time. Most girls try many at the same time.
For example Pippa auditioned for Hololive and many other companies she didn’t take the one for Phase seriously cause she thought it was a scam company at the time.

It's normal for new gen to audition multiple times, after all you can reapply every 2 weeks if they haven't changed the rules
How do you see exactly where they watched? UA-cam takes away views that are like less than 30 seconds.

No you can apply like once every couple weeks not once per gen. So technically yes, depending on how early she knew of holo. But e.g. Lui applied like 5 times but only after gen 3 debuted so then she would be jp Gen 8😅

Considering Pippa's content she probably would not have been a good fit for hololive, so this was a better path for her.
Pippa is the last person you want to see in hololive, she have no reason to audition at all considering her pure toxic twitch content

Pippa fits more in Phase Connect because with company brands, they need a value or theme to glue the seeling point to the viewers. Hololive is everyday people can be an idol, Nijisanji is vlogging with vtuber models.
And Phase Connect is pure, unfiltered raw unhinged-ness.
Pippa herself said that it's a good thing she didn't make it as she knew she's not a good fit in Holo.
Hololive must be so fucken crazy to even reject Nerissa a couple times...
She's literally iconic even before Hololive.
Idk what is her pl but to be in holo you can't just be a streamer. That why magni and vesper quit. They need to make sure the talent have big goal, motivation, determination to work hard and archive their goal.

Can you imagine her replacing mumei? Or mumei being nerissa? That is basically it, all of the girls are in a place/role where they are meant to be.
