@@D2E In the beginning of the video Veenaji explains how she made the soil fertile by letting weed and crops grow and mulch into the soil. I have an idea worth considering here - Poor people in India still defecate in the open. Most of these people are healthy and most of this excreta is manure quality. So if someone in sustainability devises a structure to collect human excreta daily say with a "seat" every few square metres, one could pay poor people to poop at a farm to enrich the soil for about 3 - 6 months. Human excrete would become valuable and if planned correctly, it would generate a lot of awareness and would take on organically. Like Google, Amazon, Facebook, and other social media and advertising companies monetize our attention ("eyeballs"), a sustainable ecological-economical system to pay people to poop in order to make manure would be an interesting experiment. Of course you cannot pay a lot, maybe Rs.5 - 10 per poop, which would make the resulting manure cost about Rs. 500 - 1000 per day which might be feasible for maybe a few weeks (or whatever duration the landowner can afford to pay). If nothing it is an interesting thought experiment. Of course, this being India, people will try to consume laxatives and contribute 4-5 poops a day to earn more money on the side, people who are sick would introduce infections and so on. But the concept is worth exploring in my opinion. At least for the massive awareness it could generate. This should be done as part of some study, sponsored by some research fund, so as to not cause hardship to a small sustainable enterprise. Wonder woman ! Her care and affection for the deprived and neglected children and also for birds and squirrels ( whose natural habitat is such surroundings) is commendable and so is her careful planning for the farm. It's a complete guide to the techniques of farming too.Hats off .
