    You know why I subscribed to Mrs. Autumn’s UA-cam channel, it’s because she delivers her credentials first than in every video she delivers real unbiased data and it appears she does not wear makeup in the gym.

    cardio is for your heart, endurance training is for your lungs, resistance training is for your muscles, weight training is for muscle AND bones. This is why if your are extremely obese 3-400 pounds walking is good for all three! Body weight strengthens the bones, moving increases your endurance and lung capacity and because it is a work out at this weight it is good for your heart. Get up and move. Do what you can with what you have. cant walk? sit and lift you leg off the floor, raise your hands, bend or lean side to side. Everyone with the ability to move can move what you got and every effort adds momentum forward. God bless your journey, thanks for this ino Autumn.

    Thank you for all the great information
    I'm 58 and started diet exercise and intermittent fasting 2 months ago
    279 to 259 now
    Loss slowed dramatically even with more real walking fast walking and I follow you're diet advise pretty close except I have 1/4 cup grape nuts with my yogurt cinnamon walnuts and blueberries every morning
    Are the small amount of grape nuts cereal holding my weight loss goals back?

    Thank you, Autumn! I’ve been low carb for 1 year, and I recently had bloodwork done. My fasted blood glucose was 100, but my A1C was 5.6. I’ve looked up “adapted glucose sparing” but was wondering if you knew anything about it.

      Fasted glucose is a tricky one to track with just one single test because there are so many variables that can effect it from moment to moment. I like to do at-home fasted blood sugar tests over a period of time to get a better idea of what my true fasted blood sugar is. I personally use the Keto Mojo monitor, but others work as well.

    I started IF today, doing 16/8 for one month too see If anthing happens...my most weightloss was when I was keto and did 23/1, but right now I study so need to start easy with 16/8...I need to loose 10kg before christmas...lets see...🤗🤗🤗

    Hi Autumn! If I weigh about 140 how much protein am I suppose to intake daily and per meal?
    Also are you aware of a good quality electrolytes which is Kosher?

      Hi Rachel! I have a video that helps you calculate your protein needs based on your weight here: ua-cam.com/video/VqnKfs3dO9k/v-deo.html
      Once you have your total needs, you would take this number and divide it by 3 to determine how many grams of protein you need at each meal.

    As a resistance training beginner, doing training 3 times a week, should I expect a plateau in my weightloss or even a small gain in weight? Can I really increase my metabolism doing this? Is there a tipping point where my stronger muscles burn more fat than increase in volume? Thank you Autumn for another very informative and supportive video. 👍❤️🇨🇦

      I wouldn't track your overall weight at this point, because it's not going to accurately indicate the progress you're making. Instead, switching over to tracking body fat and muscle mass using something like a DEXA scan or InBody would be best.

    Been implementing IF for the most part, but I find getting sick derails me. I’m drinking watered down cranberry juice and having Jolly Rancher hard candies. Just for comfort. I can easily avoid these when I don’t have a sore throat. I know that’s not what Autumn would do.

      It's best to just use the unflavored In your fasting window. The sweetener in the flavor ones can break a fast.

    I wish I could drink the flavored LMNTs during a fast. I think that’s the only reason why I don’t pay for it. I just make my own electrolyte drink that I can have during my fast. The flavors taste great though! Maybe one day a company will come out with flavored electrolytes that don’t break a fast.
