Kosciuszko NP - Triple peaks

A visit to the upland beyond Mt Anderson.
Summer 2021/22 #4 - Charlotte pass - Blue lake saddle - Mt Twynam shoulder - Mt Anderson - Triple peaks circuit - Return.
Walking conditions : Tracks, pads, and Alpine meadows.
Walk distance : 30 km.
Notes : The Triple peaks is a term I have read from literature in the Cooma library, referring to the area visited in this walk. I'm not sure which are the actual triple peaks, but this section of the northern Main range adjacent to Mt Anderson is comprised of two alpine plateaus jutting out above the western fall. The area contains a 1960 metre high point and is rarely visited because of its isolation.
This walk was done as a return trip, but a circuit including Illawong could be considered, as a new track now links Guthega with Charlotte pass.
In bad weather it is very easy to become disorientated in the back country grasslands so keep safe.
