It's muscle memory for me so this may be wrong since I can't test rn to break it down. I think you gotta be pretty fast with it, input F41 -Morph, then continue the string. The morph has to be input before F4's animation is done probably.
Im sorry but this didnt catch me. I have played shang every time he is a fighter and im pretty good. I check others to see if there is anymore info i can get that maybe i didnt know. But the mic and the fact you are talking like you are concentrating and just replying to someone behind you lol Maybe that makes no sense? But that is my opinion. Still take the upvote
Thats a good question. I should have talked about that. I like sticking with the long input window in order to make Far Ground Skull and Triple Skull easier on pad. Though medium input window is better for avoiding accidental special moves from coming out. Everything else is standard for me. no alt controls, button shortcuts on, no release check.

Try slowing down your inputs. Input DB3 then morph at F4121(here)

Try inputting the EX DB3 and then the morph.
Could also be inputting it all too fast. The EX DB3 and Morph should come late
I can confirm that doing the ex spikes later helps it force it to come out !
