Another Episode of The Resurrection. We are sharing a day in our life at the start.
Chanel and I discuss life in Florida and discussing Planet Fitness and what it covers. We compare it to Crunch and the pricing and how they compare. We also discuss all the hidden fees in the inexpensive gym come-ons. Chanel and I are going to Germany and what we plan to do while we are there.
You will then join us for lunch at Chipotle. Then off to the Gym. Calves and Triceps. As usual I take you through an entire routine and show you how to do each exercise to maximize your time in the gym.
Finally, when I get home, I share with you my favorite Cioppino Stew recipe. I hope you try it and love it as much as I do.

Main thing that would have helped Rich cope would have been the fact he was living in Florida (where I am) and NOT Cali. Also, who knows what would have come from all of it with his business ventures... maybe he opens his own gym, his own restaurant, etc. I believe he had so much more to create and give...he was just getting started.
