That unagi onigiri looked amazing. Good video, liked the variety of shops. Visited sensoji in late March and now I regret missing most of these places (did get the melon pan). Will have to add some of these to the list for next time. Definitely one of the most crowded areas in Tokyo.
Ya, the unagi onigiri was a highlight for sure. You can also hear people in the background saying how delicious it is haha. Appreciate you watching and leaving a comment!!
Thank you for making me extremely hungry this morning! Should I skip work and just go to Asakusa to have the warabi mochi milk tea? Hahaha you made me miss agemanju and agemochi! agh
Hello there from Japanese living in Tokyo. I just subscribed your channel because I really enjoy watching your video. I have one question. Were you born and raised to certain ages in Japan? The reason why I am asking is because your Japanese sounds like native ones.
0:58 Hi Max from Gilbert Arizona USA. The street food looks really yummy. I would love to be able to have the chance to go and eat at a street market. So many different types of things. I would love to have the seafood 🦞🦐🦞
Hey!! Very cool to hear that you're watching from Arizona! UA-cam is really amazing at reaching people around the world. Hope you get a chance to visit Japan soon!!
I was nervous to eat my first onigiri because I can't handle seafood flavors really well, and any time I've had a nori wrap (like if one is served with ramen) it was too powerful. But there was 0 fishy flavor from the ones I tried at the konbini. Then it got me wondering- if a native Japanese person saw a foreigner avoid eating the wrap on an onigiri, would they assume he didn't know it could be eaten or that he probably didn't like the taste? 🤔😅
Hope you all enjoy the food tour!! Let me know which area of Tokyo I should cover next!
Shinjuku, shibuya, akihabara!!!!
Looks like the tourists are back!!! Can't wait to visit soon! 🗾🎎🏯✈🛫
They definitely are and it's good to see!! There's definitely longer queues for the popular spots now haha
