I mean. It is, non lethal. All he shot at the dummy was Regular paint, so I'm 100% sure he hasn't figured out a way to load the balls and they actually shoot and break. 😂😂😂
This video made me laugh. Just how it goes from him explaining how the gun is a non-lethal weapon to the model burning to a crisp. Also how it cuts to the still burning ashes as he talks about how doomsday preppers are not paranoid.

If its legal how do I make those balls ?
I know I'm pretty late to this comment but i would guess he poked a hole in two reglar paintball pellets drained them of the paint inside let them dry out then and filled them with potassium nitrate and glycerin and then plugged the holes and marked them with separate colors to identify the chemicals another thing you could do to make paint balls more deadly is to cut them in half drain them of the paint inside and then put a metal ball bearing inside and tape or glue the paint ball back together or you could poke a hole in the paint ball drain the paint out let them dry out and fill them with water and freeze them to make them hard as a rock for self defense purposes only of course
imagine if they both paintballs chopped inside the gun!

I want some of those paint balls where how do you make them how do you get them I want some just because you built a dummy that wouldn't stop drop and roll it is burned up but someone else they're going to be busy stop drop roll getting their clothes off to get away from that thing that stuff they're occupied they ain't chasing me or there ain't no they ain't no longer a threat at that particular moment until the fire is out by then they're mine or I'm gone
