Quick answer to the thumbnail: M. Sc fellowship? - No.
As an msc2021 student, I would say that the online exam is not that hard, solving few iit jam questions will help.
Most important thing is that M. Sc classes should have been done separately and not with the bsms, because in that way the interaction with the professor could have been better. And there are few profs, who should improve their teaching, since not all students can grasp the materials in the same way.
Classes can be extended one more month to study the subjects better. One semester gets over in three months!!! (1.5 before mid-sem and 1.5 after)
Other than that it's a great place to study , share thoughts and to enjoy the nature.

Is there any stipened for Msc Students in IISERS ?
No. However, if you enroll as an integrated PhD student, then you get a stipend during your MSc as well.

It changes every year..I guess around 50.
this year for physicas, its 66, it is a general rule of thumb to call 3 times the amount of seats available

It is a shared room.
Is this Msc program only in Trivandrum?? Or is it in every IISER???

No stipend for MSc program. However, if you do masters under integrated PhD program you do stipend.
