I think you are not much aware of the placement criteria of IIST, Bro. In the beginning of the course in IIST, they keep an agreement ( bond ) that either you can join ISRO (if only selected) or if you didn't join ISRO and opt for any other agency, then you must pay around 10 lakh rupees back.
Bro I was planning to do my Mtech there. Admission through GATE. What are the placement situation there. ? And do mtech students too get absorbed into ISRO directly?

He was my school senior in kv 2 tbm. I was in 5th std and he was in 7th. I remember once that he lost his ink pen and he cried a lot for that. His handwriting was super awesome. I saw his copy once during exams and i was awestruck .

Am a BTech student of Avionics in IIST... And as per my interaction with meah seniors of MTech , the curriculum of IIST is very very tough...as of their rigorous practical works...and Assignments.... So basically they have guided me to look for IISC Bangalore for MTech in Aerospace as they have much more good faculties and they basically focus on Sciences.... more than Engineering for new Innovation .........
