Every time I watch this video I am amazed all over again. I love this guy! What an inspiration that You only get old if you let yourself get old. The Great people he meets and inspires. You can see the love his grand kids have for him and RESPECT as so many younger people today have no respect for anyone older.
Dear Youth, we used to learn from old people. Yes, you can Google and You Tube but don't be afraid to put the phone in your pocket and have conversations with these people. You won't regret it. God 🙏 bless and be safe
I pray that I'm in this type of shape when I turn 80..
@@sudenfoster1944 Then take OP's advice.
Exactly right. Sad, but revealing, that we have to see this man as a rarity when the elderly should be perceived as masters to learn from and to gain inspiration from. I love to see these types of videos.
I actually recommend weight training for a lot of my elderly clients. It's massively beneficial for bone strength and to prevent injures while also getting stronger.
You should also recommend testosterone to look like a beast at 80 ..
@@endcer4531 Well testosterone can be very good, if done correctly with TRT. Just taking it without a doctor isn't great. But theres no real harm in doing TRT as far as we know, only speculations.
Then you really are a plague doctor. Doing any of that past your 60+s without injecting HGH and Testosterone is committing slow-motion suicide.
@@andrewpanin3435 aging Is a slow motion suicide
@@andrewpanin3435 why?
Cracks me up when people say he looks like 62 most likely they are in their 30. I can tell you this man looks and works out like he’s in his 40s.
Amazing 👍
I want to be like him when I grow up !
That's what people say to me and I just tell them like anything in life. Make a plan and stick to it. I started training at 11 and I'm now 65. I look 45 and I'm more fit than most 19-year-olds. Train a few of them too.
@@tstjohn777 Excuse me sir, what kind of exercise have you been doing since you were 11 years old. Is it Body Weight or Light Weight ?
"I will do it!" says it all. What a great person. Truly inspirational. I will think of him.
What a stud! An inspiration to me. I’m 61 and I have a good fitness background to start with. I just retired and I need inspiration like this to keep getting better every day. Thank you Sir!
He seems he’s enjoying his life. What a wonderful feeling to know that.
This guy is a true inspiration. I will never stop moving no matter how old I get.
Because I could not stop for Death -
He kindly stopped for me
Salute you, Sir. I am impressed by what he said that Old people don't have to depend on anyone.
I am 52 and started working out 8 months ago. I have to say I feel amazing. This is inspiring to never stop. I can ride my mountain bike and not get tired like I used to before. Exercise is the key to vitality and also the food intake which I am still working on.. not an easy one. Thanks
Never imagined that I (a 26 yearold) would be jealous of a 80 yearold. Much respect for you, sir.
Not many people notice this but he is doing Double Unders at 80 years old. 💪 A hard skill to master in CF 👏👏
This guy has pushed the boundaries of nature to prove that with a healthy diet and the right exercise age is just a number.
why would someone dislike this video? i really don't understand
I'm 82 years old and I think in good shape. You are amazing. Well done.
I wish stuff like this would get promoted more. he's right... ppl don't have to decline in their old age. most do b/c it's based on a belief so they start fulfilling that. mad RESPECT!
No way! 80 YEARS OLD....😱😱
Roxy Nialja 79
Jazmyn Gold Yes,but having his birthday soon.
taoist40 but still 79
And he looks 60!
@@elpidakappa5555 IKR!
He’s the goat!🙌🏽 wow! What an inspiration! He shows that age ain’t nothing but a number! And you can do what you want if you set your mind to it! Awesome video!😊👍🏽
This man is in very good shape Gives us hope
This guy is inspiring. I was in such bad shape at 63 I realised I was following my mother and would probably be in a wheel chair by 65. I am now 65 and made 11th best score in my box in the 2020 open. I have a lot of catching up to do to reach this guys level, and may never reach it but sure gunna try. We can all be what we beleive we can be.
One word: "inspiration" that is something everyone should do to keep fit all their lives. Thanks for posting.
the REAL master Roshi...!!! I love it...!!!!!!!!!!
Now I really don’t have any excuses lol
He’s a true motivation and the best training partner I’ve ever had :)
Calling this man amazing is an understatement!

Jacinto Bonilla! The man!
“An ambassador and role model for the whole world”
Age is nothing but a number...it’s all in your mind...change your mind, you’ll change your attitude and how you feel
You must be doing well Stacey

He looks like he is in his 50s or 60s. Crazy. I wanna be like him when i get old.
I’m 73 and you’ve just inspired me man, I am going to get after it!
You are such a GREAT man, thank you so much for inspiring the world....God bless and protect you
I want to be just like this when I'm in my 70's
“I just like being strong and able to move”. Say no more Sir. I hope to be close to your level when I am your age.
this gentleman is absolutely using hrt (trt) hormone replacement therapy bringing his testosterone level up to that of a young man. This is crucial and should be talked about openly and encouraged.
This man is in better shape than some 50 and 60 year olds it's so important to try and take better care of yourself at any age and he's a good looking man! Keep up the good work
Genuinely does inspire me ,it’s great someone his age can do this ,53 and pretty decent ,I am aiming to be like him in my 80 s
Bully: what are you gonna do? Call your grandpa?
Me: Dont make me
What a fantastic film. This holds up the middle finger to ageists, racists and sexists and shows the truly amazing side of humans.
Amazing.
God made us magnificent.
Let’s take care of what he gave us 💪🏾💪🏾

I love 69

This guy is awesome. I love it when UA-cam sends random but good videos like this my way.
80 years old, His generation was built to last. my grandfather worked his farm till he was 87. worked hard, fresh air ( unless you past the peg pen), kept active, ate clean. my granmother the same thing, up in the morning feeding chickens till 92 years.
