They should let people stay in those tents to get a real idea of how long they would last. Good to see the rain and wind test area, my Robens Fairbanks MK1 has stood up to years of use and is still going strong. We would still carry on using it but I want a tent I can walk in and out of without stooping and a touch more space.
Yes, they do have people stay in the tents... but not at HQ, as all the alarms will go off at night!! But they do run regular field trials at different locations, with people camping in the different tents.
