Plus, as it isn’t polyester, you will want to avoid things like furniture pushing against the tent flysheet so that water doesn’t bleed through, just as in a traditional tent.
It's a great looking tent. One question : How do you think the windpws would stand up to heavy rain, are the zipped curtains water resistant?
