The last time I was in Thailand I accidentally went into a Vegetarian restaurant. I am glad I stayed the food was delicious. I will definitely eat healthy in Thailand when I move there.

My wife and I stayed there! The rooms are beautiful. Loved it, the food was amazing!!! We usually avoid hotel food, especially in Chiang Mai, but this place was worth it, and some of the best food we had all trip.
Butterfly pea flower adds the right colour to some dishes. I could see deseeded lychees in there with the Avacado cubes. Right? Of course Mark explained it too. Good combination. Both are fruits.
The curry looks creamy and nice to match with avocado as well. The menu was vegan-friendly and looked so delicious. Thank you Mark to present nice and healthy Thai food I Food leveling

Thank you to the now extinct giant ground sloths. They are the reason we have avocados today. So interesting to see this vegetarian Thai curry. I had a Thai friend who always said you'd think in a Buddhist country it would be easier to find vegetarian food...
Smooth-skinned varieties of avocado are generally more fibrous and countries that grow them use them in stews. The rough-skinned ones we are more familiar with in the US are soft and easily mashed.

such an interesting curry dish using avocado and lychee. nowadays, avocados can be grown in the ASEAN region like the Central Highlands town of Dalat in Vietnam. you can go to Dalat and try its famous avocado shakes and ice cream. i also used lychee to make my homemade garden salad in sesame dressing and it tasted good. do try out some locally produced lychees grown in northern Vietnam in the imperial city of Hue during the summer months!

Every Burmese restaurant I have been to on them west coast of USA has the fermented tea leaf sala. It’s the best but I would love to try it in Northern Thailand.
It's interesting combination when I saw lychee, avocado, and Gang Ped are cooking together. Which makes me want to try cooking this at home... But I'm also curious how the chef cooked avocado because it tastes bitter after heated, will appreciate to hear some of the tips about it. Cheers
I've been watching some videos from this channel and I really enjoy them. I'm not strict vegetarian but I do eat lots of veggies and enjoy discovering creative/new way of cooking veggies.

My wife and I stayed there! The rooms are beautiful. Loved it, the food was amazing!!! We usually avoid hotel food, especially in Chiang Mai, but this place was worth it, and some of the best food we had all trip.

The first thing that I made in culinary school after the introductory class was a creamy avocado soup. I can't say that I've ever made it again.
