When Judge Boyd takes multiple sips from her drink or blinks her eyes repeatedly. That’s her tell that she doesn’t believe a word they are saying.

A few years ago my 19 year old step son was accidentally shot an killed when his best friend was cleaning a gun 🙄 an no charges were pressed an it was labeled an accident but I still think it's BS an wasn't an accident. The story just doesn't add up especially with someone who had taken gun safety classes an still accidentally left a round in an AK while cleaning it at 2am 😡 He was such a a sweet talented young man with his whole life ahead of him an had just graduated HS 6 months prior. It was a senseless mess that nobody ever paid for 😭 🕊️ 🥀⚱️

Please remember there is a much more higher court and the most important court in the WORLD! That is really the only one that even matters because it's a forever sentence. Keep strong for him you can get the message out there for him only you know what needs to be said and trying to get to the truth if there is more than what they are saying. Most important which I know is probably hard Please take care of you. Don't let it consume you to where you're neglecting yourself Please ❤️ try and protect yourself because you are very important!! Luv ya and I will be thinking of you. 💞❣️😘

Let's go into gun terminology - a clip is an internal mechanism - case in point a M-1 Garand used in WW2 uses a clip; the bullets are fed in the gun and it fires 8 rounds and then the clip ejects out automatically. The correct term is magazine - the magazine has a capacity of 10 to 14 or more shells!

The defense attorney for the young lady in the lilac sweater is brilliant, thorough and obviously dedicated to his role of defending. Yes, he speaks a lot, but he has a lot to present. Well presented. I am a 77-year-old woman who has never been arrested, but if I do manage to do something that would get me arrested, I shall seek out this attorney and ask if he is licensed to practice in New York State. Judge Boyd is, as always, excellent. She is well prepared, strict and compassionate, as is appropriate. She has a natural charm, but she is not to be disrespected as a Judge. She is so accurate in her decisions and sentencing. They just don't get any better than Judge Boyd.

I'm a 60 year old woman. I was born and raise around firearms. Even age 5, I KNEW you did not point a gun at anyone.
I just don't understand the mentality of pointing a gun at anyone just for the shlts and grins. It sounds like all three of them have/had the mentality that firearms are toys.
One ALWAYS treats a gun as if it's loaded, even you Know it it not...which means you don't 'playfully' point it at Anyone.
A gun is a tool, a dangerous one when you use it as it's intended, and a tragic one if you misuse it/treat it like a toy, and don't respect what can happen. I'm surprised all 3 of those in that room, haven't ended up as Darwin Award recipients.

@@rickarra1833 That is the problem - too many people do not have common sense.I
      This includes younger people.
As I said, I, and my siblings were taught at a very early age to never point a gun at someone, even when you absolutely knew it was not loaded...just to cement that habit into our core mentality.
We were taught to only point a gun at someone, if you felt like your life was in danger.

    • @StormyPeak
      @StormyPeak 5 місяців тому

@@rjbarton2010 It's Not just immigrants...every year USA citizens are doing stupid too. I watched a UA-cam clip just yesterday about a guy who wanted to become UA-cam famous.
He tested a .50 caliber handgun by shooting it through some thick books and the bullet didn't go through. He saw this in some movie and wanted to see if it could really happen.
It took him time, but he convinced his girlfriend to pull the trigger for his 1st (and last) UA-cam channel episode.
This time the bullet went through the book through his chest and he's dead and she's in the court system looking at felony charges....it was of course, all recorded.
But no matter one's training... it's just fking common sense to not point a gun at anyone...ever. And I think common sense has gone down the toilet a few generations ago. Guns went from being looked at as more of a tool, to something 'cool' and 'gangsta' and posing and pointing them to appear cool and gangsta.
Maybe the Darwinism in that kind of attitude will eventually thin the herd and self correct the stupidity.

Rule #1 assume every gun is loaded. She said young children, although I don't know the exact ages. FYI, I live in Texas and it is illegal in TX for anyone under the age of 21 to legally own a handgun. They couldn't legally buy one, so if the parents gave it to them they were grossly negligent and should have been charged. Just like the mother in Wisconsin who was recently convicted in such a case when their son killed some students at his school with a 9mm pistol they bought him as a gift. And what about the father of the Sandy Hook shooter? The kid was mentally distubed and the mother, whom he killed, bought him a rifle. I know they were divorced, but if you have a Effed up kid, again it is illegal from someone with mental issues from owning a gun, the dad should have put a stop to that. I would have and I raised two sons. There have been cases, one in Illinois, where the parents allowed a party at their home with underage drinking and a kid drove off and crashed and killed two people. The parents were charged with manslaughter.

The words I THOUGHT, I THINK or I ASSUMED, do not exist in the realm of gun safety... more so, wether the gun is loaded or unloaded is entirely irrelevant in terms of the direction of the barrel, it is ALWAYS loaded.. lastly, I'm not even going to entertain an attempt to comment on the mom buying her immature thug an xmas colored laser sight.. the facts and outcome of that case are solely bc of grossly irresponsible kids, negligent parenting and having zero respect and understanding for firearms that frankly never should've been there in the first place.. but she just wants to "move on" with her life after 3yrs of community service, all while her "boyfriend" is 6 feet under bc of her own choices...
