UA-camrs make video how those specific skins/items/cases are best thing since sliced bread and kids watching them eat it up and run on market to stock up on "next big thing" and push prices up. Then UA-camrs/their friends quickly dump their inventory on market and make quick and easy profit. Repeat.

There's a couple worth noting: * M4A1-S | Mud-Spec is pretty sick and has a nice golden sheen to it. You can pick up a pretty clean Field-Tested one for 0.36 Eur * SCAR-20 | Fragments looks pretty insane with its geometric 3D pattern. You can get a StatTrak Field-Tested one for 0.28 Eur
One underrated skin i think is the nova wood fired its basically a random case blue which is dirt cheap, but the metallic shine on it goes crazy in cs2 it doesnt scratch either
In my opinion the SSG 08 - Spring Twilly is so so underrated, its the only skin with a completely white scope in good condition and its only around like 1 euro. really nice skin
One skin thats underrated as hell is Souvenir AUG Sand storm. $13 for FN Souvenir purple from Dust 2 collection and it has insane colors and looks great with the PGL souvenir stickers!

You mentioned the tec9 remote control, the m4a1s control panel (which is basically the same skin) is also a really good underrated skin. 15 euro field tested, 30 euro min wear.
Both blue titaniums (galil and tec-9) are still real underrated. Not only are they on the new models but it only comes in fn and its nice for blue crafts
For the R8, I think that the Crazy 8 is a better choice, though if you wanted the factory new it is likely a good bit more expensive. However I think it’s a lot more clean, with a nice matte purple on the barrel with matte black on the rest. And for about $.80 cents for a field tested that doesnt even look any damaged.
8:31 I personally have blue themed inventory cuz blue is my fav color and ofc I have that revolver (even though I never use it, but I want best blue skin in fn without stattrak (I don't like stattrak cuz it doesn't exist for every skin in the game plus it can ruin the look of a skin) 1 for each weapon so that I can have full collection for everything) crafted with some 4 cool stickers which fit really well, but in terms of agents I personally use john van healen agent for ct cuz sleeves are a bit darker blue, maybe like royal blue or something like that and it fits really well with cobalt skulls gloves and something like that plus agent itself has also shades which are colored like blue or green. Imo blueberries buckshot would fit better either with bright water and amphibious gloves (I personally don't like bright water skins and amphibious gloves, but only with that egent is fine, but then what with the rest of blue skins, then they won't fit with other blue skins) or full white themed inventory cuz it's really really light blue and has the most white details like backpack, vest/kevlar etc.

I think the Copper Galaxy skin for the Five-seveN is undervalued. While the Twilight Galaxy Glock is about $300 (feeling really good about that because I bought it when it was $12), the Copper Galaxy is still like $20, and going up, so very affordable, for now, and it's on a pistol that sees a decent amount of use anyway.
very very cool list, but my top tier skins for most underrated cheap under 2 dollar,and which i think could be red covert S tier skins are,shotgun xm watchdog, scar20 inforcer, galil tuxido, awp duality, agent elite trapper solman, sg 553 tiger moth, i got them all, and i think they look waaaaaaaay better then some totally expensive skins i would never ever in my life buy or waste any money on. im allways on the look for underrated skins, so thanks to your video, now i gonna add more to my inventory :-)
I think another underrated skin that i havent seen people talking about is max float MP7 Sunbaked. literally looks gold but does have a bit of wear due to max battle scarred
I'm surprised you didin't mention this since you seem to have checked the anubis collection but the MP7 Sunbaked also got a very good glow-up in CS2 but is still very cheap. The lower wear ones are incredibly shiny whilst the higher wear ones (especially 0.7 and higher) almost look golden at a price that might aswell be free, which last time i checked was about 3 cents.
The name of the game for budget skins is texture; textured skins mostly wear by luminescence, meaning you can still get clean looking skins in FT and sometimes WW and save a bunch. My favorites are: MP9 Featherweight XM1014 Watchdog Tec-9 Fuel Injector MP5-SD Condition Zero (Makes me with the gun didn't suck) USP-S Lead Conduit P2000 Ivory All of these can be had Stat Track for less than $3 and look very clean in MW and FT.
Not quite underrated anymore because of how it got recognized and the price went up, but the M4 Decimator was a very cool skin to begin that got made even better. It ran at about $45 for the Stat-trak MW variant that I had. Over the course of about a month it shot up all the way to $70 because of the INSANE amount of shine it gained in CS2.
a fun gameshow type of deal you could do is to give yourself and a few friends a budget for a loadout, like 300, 500 or 1000 euro, and see who can make the best one. Papa or Linda can judge
I'd say the P90 Vent Rush would be an honorable mention for this list. It looks 3D af for $0.70. Only issue is you have to inspect it to see the 3D lol.

in 1997 i used to make CS skins for free. These are just Texture + Bumpmap+ Specularemap pulled into the original file. These are 25 Min or less work in PSD. Only the Mac10 is a resculpt in Milkshap or whatever the Software is called now.

Funnily enough I recently got the dulies demolition as I made me a cheap orange cs2 loadout and it's one of my favorites
also for the awp black nile, if you were to get it battle scarred it just looks like a bronze reflective awp so that’s very cool

I think the G3SG1 (T auto sniper) High Seas is insanely good value. For only 1.64euro on a minimal wear, it looks absolutely beautiful in CS2

What I really enjoyed since the release of CS2 are USP and AWP Pink DDPAT. Also not very cheap but imo pretty good and shiny looking. :)

I've had a .001 Five-SeveN Hot Shot for 7 years now and it looks so much cleaner in CS2. Almost a flawless skin.
Was waiting for Vino prices to drop soon or get a little bit cheaper. Then this comes out and increases their price by 50%.
the bloodpressure gloves look better now more deeper red and less scratches in field tested. Know they are very beautiful especially in the shadow.
