i was literally jus thinking the same fucking thing!!! this version is so much fucking better tho! from 'trust in me' i was done. SMASHING THE REPEAT BUTTON AND HEADBANGING MY ASS OFF
its fucked up how good this band is. at the end of the day we have nobody that we can be more proud of than Boo. I love these boys and it makes me so overjoyed to watch them succeed. I love you all. Thanks for being the greatest. You are my brothers for life.
This is the first metal band I've ever seen live. One of the most memorable experiences of my life. They opened up for Emmure and Unearth. I barely remember the other bands' sets cause Boo just stole the whole fucking show.
This is bitter-sweet for me bros. Yes, this is the sound that BOO should have been BUILDING off of. Rather than an update of an old album, they should have given us new material based off the the OG stuff. Meh. this still melts my face off, but give me something fresh.
COULDNT AGREE MORE WITH YOU! DONT GET ME WRONG I LOVE THIS ALBUM! ITS JUST THEY ENTHUSIASM FOR THEIR FOR RELEASE IS ALLUDED SO MUCH THAT ITS EXAUSTING. IM GLAD IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO FEELS THIS WAY.
There's something to say about the possibility they are using this to get into the old mindset and then record the next one properly? That way it truly feels like the next record? Just a thought.
Lyrics: This isn't over yet And we've only just begun To create this I thought I lost it all Lost it all Not wrapped between the sheets Trust in me You will see Believe in me And let the others have their way with you Your life forgotten Empire erased Trust in me You will see This victory We stop defeat This offering It must remain Catastrophe in this city On this day catastrophe Catastrophe It's still not over yet There's something left for the taking Forces of nature Ruler and judge When will the heavens open up? I thought the exact same thing immediately after hearing the first second of Rosecrance on Eternal Reign. Amazing his voice has gotten even better with substantial consistency. Jonathan Davis from KoRn was the same way when they came back for their 2016 album.
3:26 when the guy in the crowd gets hit in the head by the crowd surfing chick XD. As for the music, it is INSANE!!! I love that you guys are doing this!
Shit man I started taking cold showers in the beginning of this year while listening to BOO, it has changed my life. Better skin, better hair, more Testosterone and refreshing as fuck. I grab my balls and say "I'm a Goddamn Man" when the water hits me and Im ready for anything that day. #coldshowercrew
U FUKIN WOT M8 Hot showers dry your skin and it's natural oils. Cold showers don't, plus they close your pores and improve your blood circulation and just pump you up a whole lot more.
I'm all of a sudden a huge Born of Osiris fan again. Nothing beat The New Reign but this remake is definitely better! Can't wait for Open Arms, Bow Down and Abstract Art
David: "love my squad, ima do this shit til the day I die" Also David: *leaves the band* On a serious note though, I miss David alot in BOO. He added so much and was one of my favorite bass players. His contribution and tone in this mix is amazinggg
Love the new CD. Played the original everyday during senior year of high school and alil after that. Was hard to listen to after I over played it. But now I can listen to this and brings back all the memories and I can point out all the changes in my head. You guys are phenomenal live. Loved every minute of the Sumerian tour I went to right before my deployment. You guys just finished and were taking ur shit into the back and we did the infamous "one more song" and you guys brought ur shit back out and rocked one last song.
Dear god.... brings me right back to 2007 and the feeling that made me fall in love with this band in the first place. Been here since the beginning and it feel good to hear the old stuff freshened up. \m/
Just saw these dudes in Lawrence. To those of you who are going to see them on this tour, you aren't ready. You cannot possibly be ready for how good this shit is live.
This just proves that even with several years on AND with studio magic progressing over time, these compositions STILL hold up and sound with the times :)
YES AS A MATTER OF FACT HE CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WATCHED HIM NAIL IT LAST TIME I SAW THEM! ITS WAS BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WAS CELEBRATING THAT HE COULD FINALLY PLAY IT THAT NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!
I have really high hopes for the album that follows this one! Lee has further developed his abilities. he proved it when he nailed follow the signs. Not a big fan of the turnout with this song. I still love born of Osiris! Still gonna go out and buy it. Hopefully the rest is better than this. The new song definitely sounds like it's going to be good. The album after this is the one is what I'm looking forward to. I have much higher expectations for than this.
holy shit this is amazing!! rerecording such an iconic album was a very ambitious (and risky) move for BOO, but I think that this has given new life to a New Reign.
I really cant wait for the re-release of this album with the new recordings. There will, however, always be something special about listing to the original.
i dreamed of a day i could FINALLY hear all my favorite bands from those early formative Prog/Djent days again, but with a more polished, high-quality sound. And here it is! Thank god for technology. Happy 2017 to all! i just hope all those other groups can swallow their pride and possibly re-record some of the old stuff with todays techniques! i think this is a massive statement BOO is making. They're like the ACDC of the prog era! ........,.not quite METALLICA, but still pretty damn important to the genre!
now this, THIS! is the BOO I can dig, everyting after the discovery was lack luster and it seemed after dropping JR they weren't going to return to greatness. but this album is shaping up to some dank-ity dank.
Oh dude, this is beautiful... Loved it 10 years ago when Michael Keene mixed it and love it even more in the new livery of Nick Sampson. Sounds insane!
So much yes...
Nik Nocturnal better be covering it!
Nik Nocturnal Cover it dude!
Fuck u
Omg yes! This is just like re-living high school and the first time hearing this song all over :)
:')
The djent covers guy and the killer metal guitar tone guy
is this a meme ?
I LOVE YOU ANDREW
😂😂🤣🤣
i was literally jus thinking the same fucking thing!!! this version is so much fucking better tho! from 'trust in me' i was done. SMASHING THE REPEAT BUTTON AND HEADBANGING MY ASS OFF
Makes me miss Justin Lowe, so much nostalgia around this era. Killing it though guys!
MAY HE REST IN PEACE. HIS DEATH WAS DEFINITELY A SAD MOMENT FOR THE METAL COMMUNITY.
Ouch, thats exactly what I was thinking.
bruh open arms to damnation re-recorded is gonna fuck my shit up
Evan Ochoa tru
Yessss. Oh and Brace Legs too fuuuuuuckkkk
VoteforPaulo First song I ever heard by them. Definitely can't wait.
the whole CD is gonna fuck my shit up. Abstract Art OMMMMMMMG
Or Bow Down
its fucked up how good this band is. at the end of the day we have nobody that we can be more proud of than Boo. I love these boys and it makes me so overjoyed to watch them succeed. I love you all. Thanks for being the greatest. You are my brothers for life.
I miss so much David Darocha on the bass. He’s very explosive on live shows.
This is the first metal band I've ever seen live. One of the most memorable experiences of my life. They opened up for Emmure and Unearth. I barely remember the other bands' sets cause Boo just stole the whole fucking show.
Bro. The diminished runs at 2:13 still slap so damn hard to this day.
Abstract Art is going to be so fun.
Jeff T i thought it was pretty good, but this and that were the first 2 songs by this band so I have no frame of reference
Jimmy Lynch Well, these are all rerecordings of their first album, so go find those versions!
This is bitter-sweet for me bros. Yes, this is the sound that BOO should have been BUILDING off of. Rather than an update of an old album, they should have given us new material based off the the OG stuff. Meh. this still melts my face off, but give me something fresh.
glorious day.
COULDNT AGREE MORE WITH YOU! DONT GET ME WRONG I LOVE THIS ALBUM! ITS JUST THEY ENTHUSIASM FOR THEIR FOR RELEASE IS ALLUDED SO MUCH THAT ITS EXAUSTING. IM GLAD IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO FEELS THIS WAY.

Cruise control for cool fam

Lyrics:
This isn't over yet
And we've only just begun
To create this
I thought I lost it all
Lost it all
Not wrapped between the sheets
Trust in me
You will see
Believe in me
And let the others have their way with you
Your life forgotten
Empire erased
Trust in me
You will see
This victory
We stop defeat
This offering
It must remain
Catastrophe in this city
On this day catastrophe
Catastrophe
It's still not over yet
There's something left for the taking
Forces of nature
Ruler and judge
When will the heavens open up?
Give me a reaction
Or give it all up
This is the only way
We can't deny
This is the only way
We can't deny
This is something that we will never win
Hope for defeat
This is something that we will never win
Hope for defeat
0:48 sec , what he says ? ( this story from some disease ? what ??? ) hahahaha
@@depthsofuranuscavite this victory we stop defeat
🎉
Are we all just gonna sit here and act like Ronnie's vocals haven't improved a shitload since Soul Sphere?
Ryan Michael I was thinking the same you can tell his vocals matured
I thought the exact same thing immediately after hearing the first second of Rosecrance on Eternal Reign. Amazing his voice has gotten even better with substantial consistency. Jonathan Davis from KoRn was the same way when they came back for their 2016 album.
best song by BOO
Love the changes in the riffs and the production is beautiful
I just came.......Good job guys.
3:26 when the guy in the crowd gets hit in the head by the crowd surfing chick XD. As for the music, it is INSANE!!! I love that you guys are doing this!

DUDE THIS IS THE BEST BORN OF OSIRIS TRACK IVE EVER HEARD.
Shit man I started taking cold showers in the beginning of this year while listening to BOO, it has changed my life. Better skin, better hair, more Testosterone and refreshing as fuck. I grab my balls and say "I'm a Goddamn Man" when the water hits me and Im ready for anything that day.
#coldshowercrew
better skin? how exactly?
Elisha Long most people don't have to grab their balls to know they are a man. Lmao
you post this on like every video looks like an add
U FUKIN WOT M8 Hot showers dry your skin and it's natural oils. Cold showers don't, plus they close your pores and improve your blood circulation and just pump you up a whole lot more.
Joel Gonzalez can it help acne?
I'm all of a sudden a huge Born of Osiris fan again. Nothing beat The New Reign but this remake is definitely better! Can't wait for Open Arms, Bow Down and Abstract Art
0:53 Bad ass back flip I've ever seen in live performance🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
David: "love my squad, ima do this shit til the day I die"
Also David: *leaves the band*
On a serious note though, I miss David alot in BOO. He added so much and was one of my favorite bass players. His contribution and tone in this mix is amazinggg
How come now all I can see in him is Jake Paul. Even the voice hahaha. They're twins 😂
1:22 best part the breakdown is so sick
Favorite song from them from their best album being rerecorded is the best feeling ever!
Love the new CD. Played the original everyday during senior year of high school and alil after that. Was hard to listen to after I over played it. Can't wait to see you guys again live March 9th in Greensboro NC!
I love both the original and this version. Neither recording disappointed me. This is phenomenal!
this bassist gave me the vibe to play live
I'm crying sweet tears of nostalgia.
Dear god.... brings me right back to 2007 and the feeling that made me fall in love with this band in the first place. Been here since the beginning and it feel good to hear the old stuff freshened up. \m/

Here before a million views. BOO, you've done it again.
forever a classic
I love the bass tone on this albums mix. Gives some STANK to the old songs!
whoever decided to add the Jig at 1:35 is a genius, i do a goofy dance all the time to that part
That riff around 1:13 is still one of the heaviest riffs around today. Memories.
This is how a re-recording should sound like! Everything done right.
I love Born of Osiris. Their shows are awesome and they just never disappoint in my opinion. Keep it up guys!
Anyone else stoked for some fucking Brace Legs
YEAH BUDDY. Can't wait for that synth
Nick Garrison the drummmmssss
Nick Garrison Brace Fucking Legs! That's what I'm waiting for
Nick Garrison how bout some "OPEN ARMS TO DAMNATION"😎😎😎
Brace Legs the rerecording is AMAZING!!
But can Lee play Follow the Signs yet?
underrated comment of the year.
He really really can, have some respect for the man
I have really high hopes for the album that follows this one! Lee has further developed his abilities. he proved it when he nailed follow the signs. Not a big fan of the turnout with this song. He can do it, saw him on November 6th, and he played it perfectly, didn't miss a note, the guy is a legend
almost cried so amazing the production is fucking breathe taking!
the new reign is so fucking dope
3:10 bliss
this album got me into deathcore and now it's like i'm reliving that feeling
Please make another album like this and A Higher Place, for the fam that's been there from the start!
IM CRYING. You guys are the first people to ever pull this off successfully BTW no big.
Idk if any BoO members will ever read this. But you saved my life with your music. This is the best sonic attack on my mind I’ve ever heard. \m/
i have listened to this probably 350 times since last night. addicted.
New fans be like: "But I don't hear a difference fam?"
Old fans like myself be like: "yeah but this is the *NEW* New Reign."
Lucas Jenkins yes I can tell the difference in the song
Nik Nocturnal hasn't covered this yet
give it 5 minutes?
remember that State Farm commercial with the old dude and the fishing pole?
sorry Nik, gotta be quicker than that!
OLD ONE IS BETTER!
Always my favorite boo
BOO needs to make more tracks like these I loved that album and discovery the most
Just stoked, Cannot wait to see them on this fresh tour.
I have a feeling that I'm gonna be jamming this album for months.
Album that made me an instant fan. Glad the remixed it. Holds up well and always will.
saw these guys last year with uabb and erra and omfg it was so beautiful I wanna see you guys again
I love both versions so much, I actually like the cleaner sound on this a lot.
I'm so happy right now. I hope they re-record their second album too
At around 3:00 it gives off a little ABR vibe.
further on the song is great
I ALMOST CRIED TEARS OF JOY. KILLER.
Great song!!! Born of Osiris the BEST one!
I wonder if Ronnie will do the lows at the end of Brace Legs
Same, that is my personal favorite song off the new reign
Lil Jesus Im sure theyll kill it dude. BoO doesnt disappoint
Ben Sargent that was not him in the original song. I've asked him before
appleipodtouch2g then who was it?
Marksman 5147 no clue. Probably just some random person in the studio at the time
YES!! MY FAVORITE BOO SONG FINALLY GETS THE MIX IT DESERVES!!!
well done! can't wait for the rest
YES......... JUST YES! PLEASE COME TO AUSTRALIA.
The last thirty seconds of this video are my favorite thing ever.
Yep, getting goosebumps all over.
holy shit this is amazing!! rerecording such an iconic album was a very ambitious (and risky) move for BOO, but I think that this has given new life to a New Reign.
OMFG IM FREAKING OUT RIGHT NOW OVER THIS
So many memories!
Finally ! Stocked to hear that !
This single + Glorious Day managed to make me buy a bundle. Super hyped for this release.
I really cant wait for the re-release of this album with the new recordings. There will, however, always be something special about listing to the original.
Build a statue for whoever mixed this
Adrian Katzenstein And tear it down. Then erect a bigger monumental statue of the same person. Same statue. Same place😂
Frrrr
This mix is flat as fuck.
Nick sampson
@@TommyToboggan611I wanna talk to Sampson!
I'll always love this track.
Im addicted to this song and band. I've been listening to this since it's release. : ]
NOW THAT WAS SICK AF I AM PUMPED FOR THE REST
Yep, whatever born of Osiris becomes in the future, this album just fuckin kills everything else. Redoing it is just gonna make it even more stellar.
BoO got me hooked on metal in 8th grade and i jam to them still to this day 🤘🏼🤘🏼
3:25 the guy in the mosh pit who gets clocked by the crowdsurfer's leg.
i dreamed of a day i could FINALLY hear all my favorite bands from those early formative Prog/Djent days again, but with a more polished, high-quality sound. And here it is! Thank god for technology. Happy 2017 to all!
