Why do they toss everything on the ground between every process in these videos? Toss it on the ground, pick it up, toss it on the ground, pick it up. Rather inefficient if you ask me!
Probably just to piss you off
Excellent Job!!! 🙏
If they print Chrome-Vanadium on the wrench i will die ^^
One pile is Pittsburgh, one pile is SnapOn...
Years ago my step dad would buy cheap tools like this, they'd last a few months and he'd have to buy them again because they'd break or fall apart. I'd go to Sears buy a Craftsman set for about three times the cost and I still have it. Use them all the time and they have a life time warranty. Of course that was back when Craftsman were high quality.
This is crazy.. tooo much safety equipment and procedures..
The sign in the corner of the 'factory' says "Anyone caught using a container to hold the work pieces will be grounds for dismissal. All work pieces and finished product must be thrown on ground in the dirt".
Kinderarbeit ist zum kotzen!
Better than begging on the street anyway
poor donky :(
it struck me that these things are not hardened at all, but they should be hardened because they are tools. Or for this money this quality
heat treatment ? 🤗
for cracks? no way.
I missed the hardening process? Anyone got a time stamp?😂
Won’t they just bend?
If they gave them blokes some gloves that must be some seriously dangerous stuff they’re using.
Mayor production was good for large labour. Great video. Thank you.🙏👍
Throwing machined workpieces on the ground is just not smart.
Nothing finer than tools made from low carbon steel
You show two people working on a machine put it in steel rods and they come out but you don't f****** show what the hell they're making
Thank you for the tour of the Amazon basics production line.

it always amazes me that despite the machinery and automation how much work human hands still have to do.

Son asking 90yo father " hey dad what did you do since you were 15yo boy? (Father saying proudly) "I was a Ball bearing basher for 75 years, I'm just glad my son has learnt the trade of Chief Ball bearing basher! " What a bunch of loser.
Nice
Poor animal
Seberapa anda kaya?seberapa anda terhormat?komen anda merendahkan org lain, anda tdk pny sopan santun.

I wonder how many of these tools are exported to EU and sold for more than one of those workers earns a month.
Edit:
The machines they use look really old, but they seem well maintained and serve their purpose even in 21st century. I'm actually amazed how many old machines are used by machinists, even in the so called developed countries. I'm watching a channel from Australia, and the guy there is using 60 year old machines to fix heavy earth moving machine parts.
Why not selling this stuff in the EU?
If i am right, this shop is nearby Marseille, France.
👍

Over all good job. But When you are going to purchase this one. Shop keeper says its made in taiwan. Made in china. Made in japan. Etc. etc. etc..
